    Episode 190 12/2/23
Great show and loved the Field Notes coverage which I have subscribed to for years but great to hear all the details that I knew nothing about. I’m in on the Wednesday freebies which I’ve never missed one of them. I bought the Musgrave purple pencils also, thanks.

    Hmmm
Trying to be pretentious … are they too sophisticated 😅 Not sure they are at all aware of reality of American life

    Always interesting
Three smart, funny guys and their guests talk pencils, paper, books, music and life. The focus may be stationery but as happens when friends get together all kinds of things get discussed. I learned early not to read the brief description of an episode and skip it because I didn't think I'd be interested. Every episode has held my attention so I'm now listening to all of them in order.

Enjoyable conversations about stationery & other topics
I realized as I was listening to the latest episode how much I appreciate this podcast. Over the last year or two, I’ve gotten so many great ideas from the hosts about pencils, other stationery products, but also interesting music, books, and TV/movies to try out. The flow of each episode has a structure but it’s loose enough that it always feels like a conversation rather than a checklist. I always smile when a new episode pops up my in podcast feed. Definitely would recommend.

    Love this podcast
I love this podcast. It’s smart, funny, and feels like hanging out with three buddies who share my weird stationary and writing interests. 100% recommend if you’re at all into paper, pencils, writing, literature, and any other obscure stationary topics.

    What Grey Fun!
This podcast on the humble pencil is entertaining and educational. They’re not turning me into a hardcore collector (yet), but I have found myself using and a appreciating this most ancient yet effective communication tool. The simple joys of pencils have also helped me realize how finicky and annoying fountain pens can be! Thanks guys!

    Spectacular Podcast!
I am grateful to have discovered this podcast! They have great guests, topics, banter, and themes. I appreciate the show notes, too, it’s much easier to find anything they have discussed, especially if you aren’t able to write while listening. 5 gold foil stars!

    Really fun podcast!
Love listening to them and the fun topics they have. They may not be releasing one every week but it's always a treat when they have a new one. Its great to listen to a podcast that hasn't been overrun with ads and the hosts always sound like they are excited to be there. Keep up the great work!

    Fun show, great community
Positive and Inspiring people. I got kicked out of the Facebook group, which is too bad. I think it was a mistake. My words were mistaken as offensive. Oh well. Everyone makes mistakes. Thanks for the motivation to strive for perfection.

    A great conversation among friends
I really enjoy listening to this podcast. It's not just about pencils, notebooks, and writing. It's also very interesting to hear what the hosts are currently watching, reading, or listening to in their updates at the beginning of each episode. I've gotten a lot of great tips on new books, music, shows and movies. They keep things really entertaining and engaging. Makes my commute fly by!

    good job
I'm more of a fountain pen guy, but all of the sudden I'm wanting a nice pencil.

Love it and I don’t even write with pencils
Found this through Field Nuts and Pen Addict and I could probably use one pencil in a year and still have half left at the end, but I still enjoy the heck out of this podcast! My only “criticism” is that the aren’t consistent about putting a show out every week but it’s a ton of work and I look forward to episodes when they do happen! Real life always messes up production schedules! LOL

    Pencil Geeks
Long ago I wondered if I were alone in my love for pencils. I wondered about what the casing, the paint, and the core of the pencil. My friends thought I was nuts. I have found my people in this podcast (to be fair I was a reader of Pencil Revolution way way back when.) The show is great and worth your time if you are interested in pencils, paper, erasers, and all the stuff that goes along with them.

    Fantastic for us pencil nerds
Fabulous podcast that has definitely matured and found its groove. And the diversity is nice — pencils, paper, sharpeners, erasers, you name it. And I like that it isn’t too commercial and focused on products all the time.

    Erasable Podcast? Or Enabler podcast?
I wasn't much of a pencil guy till I started listening to these 3 hardcore graphite fanatics. Now I buy them by the gross. Learned that there is a lot more to the world of Pencils than I ever imagined. Mechanical pencils are bulls%#!

All That And A Bag Of Pencil Shavings
My time is very valuable to me. It is the only commodity that I can't get back. I don't listen to very many podcasts. But when I do, I make The Erasable Podcast one of them. I never miss an episode. Not only do I find the content fascinating, the comraderie amongst the hosts is entertaining. Although I am primarily a fountain pen user, these guys have me keeping a few wood cased pencils handy at all times just in case. I can't recommend this podcast highly enough. Give it a listen and get addicted.

    Pencil is Forever
If you're new to this podcast or wooden pencils, check out the archive of shows. The podcast is very entertaining and will have you smiling and laughing along with the discussion at hand.

Greatest boon to the pencil lover since the discovery of Siberian graphite!
Erasable will leave an indelible mark on your auditory substrate. Not to put too fine a point on it, this trio of cedar-shavers will have you laughing, then sobbing! Scandalous foil covered pencils! Adventurous, eye patch wearing toddlers! Can't wait for the next episode, sponsored by a company I can buy many things from, I hope.
