This has been my gateway into the world of college baseball, and I can say it has made me a fan. Had no idea about the Boston connection! You should devote an episode of the landscape of New England collegiate baseball. As a new resident, I am still trying to figure it out. :)

First episode I listen too, included in the title “Oregons Strong start to the season” and they spent 20 seconds talking about Oregon. Audio quality is also sub par.

Love all the shows and content but wanted to say a special thank you for the big 10 pods. Great info on guys who it can be hard at times to watch.

If you love college baseball it’s a must listen. It’s like watching Ted Lasso, you feel good after the episode is over.

You’re missing out on so much baseball if you aren’t listening to this. The nerd cast is elite. All the hosts are great, even if Kendall hates your school

Great group of guys who give you the feeling of hanging out in the garage watching baseball while enjoying a cold one. Bringing excitement, knowledge, and insider info that’s enjoyable. I’d like to know how to score a D1 fitted hat though.

This is by far the best show on college baseball. D1 baseball has absolutely changed the college game. Is a huge part of the recent surge in college baseball !! However, the show with Schoch should not be associated with your page. It is not a serious show. I find the shows knowledge to be lacking and can’t be taken seriously. Aaron, Kendall and Roones are ELITE.

Excellent podcast for college baseball coverage throughout the entire year! These guys have great takes and are very entertaining. A little about me: Little League: South Lafourche Shockers High school: South Lafourche Tarpons, 3 year starter in center, made the playoffs for the 1st time since the 90s back in 09 I ran out Garin Cecchini throw to only be picked off minutes after. Needless to say we got blanked. May be the record for the quickest high school baseball playoff game Fantasy football team name: Golden Meadow Mud Dogs Fantasy baseball: Golden Meadow Zephyrs (I miss minor league baseball in Louisiana) Favorite college baseball players: J.C. Holt, Ryan Schimpf, Jared Mitchell, John Rhys Plumlee, and Tommy White Fun fact about me: my junior year 2nd district game in a showdown against a very good South Terrebonne team, I took a slider to the nose. The batter on deck “one of the most gruesome injuries I have ever seen” I wish I would have walked to first. Thank you guys for what you do this in a great podcast. It is perfect for ALL college baseball fans.

Fitts, Kendall, and Rooney have a wealth of knowledge (the other team sharing this feed is v bad) but their preview episodes and recaps are filled with info that I can get from looking at the team stats page and box scores. Less focus on individual games/series and more of the trends and developments that happen over the course of the season would make each episode more must-listen and make me want to catch up on ones that I’ve missed. Anyone interested enough to follow a college baseball podcast probably isn’t a casual fan and would be better served by getting more into the weeds.

Mike, Kendall and Aaron do a great job breaking down games and discussing weekend matchups. Steve and the other guys are funny and bring a little humor to the game for those who want that

Stephen Schoch, Jake Mintz, and Jordan Shusterman shouldn’t be on this podcast. D1 Baseball is a respected college baseball source, no need for these 3 Barstool Sports wannabes on here. They should have their own podcast. There is no need for cursing on a college baseball podcast. If I want to listen to that, I would listen to the idiots at 11.7.

During the latest round of conference previews it has taken 10-15 minutes to get their middle school level talk out of the way- nobody cares about the dumb fart jokes

Stephen is starting to get me interested in college baseball by providing his humorous perspective and experience from a players perspective. Like many, I first learned of him through his hilarious Dippin’ Dots interview. While I am not on Twitter, I do like that I get to see some of his hilarious posts when doing a google search. I am hoping one day, an organization will come calling and Stephen can bring his humor to the minors and eventually the majors.

I was very excited when D1baseball.com came about many years ago. As a life long NCAA baseball fan, it was awesome to have an outlet to get information. However, I have a very hard time with the pass and even defense they give the ACC for their horrendous tournament format. A format so awesome that exactly 0 other conferences have adopted it. Conference championships are the ceiling for most programs and to have a tournament format where a lower seeds has to rely on results of other games to make a run is unacceptable. I hoped as this platform grew they would push for these for these type of changes.

These guys are the best national college baseball coverage you're going to find. They're plugged in and know what they're talking about. With the addition of Mike Rooney to the team the quality of the podcast has taken a step forward too. Glad to have D1 out there helping advance the sport across the map.

Writing this review in hopes that you will change your position on the bucket hat. 👏👏👏 I am a fan of all college and minor league baseball. I am fortunate to live on Cape Cod and enjoy listening to you guys talk about players that I have seen play summer baseball on the Cape, then following their journey to the Big Show. I started following KR and D1Baseball on Twitter, because online is the only place to find college baseball coverage. Keep crushing it and win every podcast.

I loved the December 23rd podcast. Finally, gave some love to Texas Tech, and Josh and Jace Jung. If only Josh would have played one more year what a line up that would have been. Thanks again for recognizing Tech as a top 5 program.

First a couple minor negatives. Most episodes have a large volume difference between the hosts. Typically Kendall Rogers is much louder than the others. This causes listeners to constantly adjust the volume, depending on who is talking. Seems like this would be fairly easy to fix, but it is a common issue for many podcasts. Second, the hosts often speak of players without mentioning their school. They obviously know everything there is to know about these guys, and many listeners may as well, but for those of us coming to the podcast to increase knowledge it can be frustrating. On the positive side, I can’t think of any podcasts, tv/radio broadcasts, or even websites that cover any sport as well as this group does. Fantastic players, teams, and stories come from hundreds of campuses in college baseball, not just the Power 5. For the guys to be on top of just about everything our sport has to offer is very impressive.

Awesome insight and great analysis! I love the addition of Rooney. Maybe just give me a little Atlantic 10 baseball insight every once in a while (I know I am in the minority on that one ha). Go Bonnies and Horned Frogs!

D1baseball is my go to source (really, my only source). Even though I’m an LSU fan, I still like Aaron Fitt. My favorite part is halfway through the season and they try to predict who will be in the playoffs every week.

I really enjoy this podcast. I get a lot of information about teams I don’t follow much, but it’s information that is good to know. As a gamecock fan I’m hopeful for the upcoming season and look forward to hearing everyone’s takes on what 2021 will bring for college baseball.

Loving the updated podcast lineup. Rooney brings a strong bat, not to mention the outside threat of stealing first ... along with a Tony Kemp like hustle and enthusiasm every week. His offense is a perfect match for ++ weekend starters in Rogers and Fitt. What I like most is that all three just have the right heartbeat for the game. :)

Of course, I have to insert the homer comment “Need more LSU “. 🐯 I have two big issues. Lack of scholarships inhibits diversity and talent. Also, I hate the volunteer coach situation. My biggest issue with y’all is that I don’t care about the schools that can’t or won’t fund their programs. Split them out to 1AA or something. I only care that they keep pushing stupid rules down our throats.

Got go three stars. The information you get is amazing. The only thing that keeps this podcast from being a 5 is atrocious sound quality. I skip a lot of episodes just because i don’t want to suffer through the poor audio. Hopefully the guys invest is putting out a cleaner product.

CBB doesn't get a lot of tv air time during the regular season but this show is all you need to keep up with what's going on around the country. Great insight, sound quality, knowledge. Keep up the great work. Btw, the shows breaking down the 8 nat'l seeds/regional hosts and the at-large/AQ teams is excellent.

It is nice to have a podcast dedicated to just college ball. Fitt was fantastic at BA and now we get him even more often. So far so good on the podcast. Keep it up! And yes Manuel's side topics are as frequent as they are entertaining.

Aaron Fitt and Kendall Rogers know their stuff and are extremely insightful. The audio quality is great too. Unlike Baseball America, you can actually hear what the guys are saying and there is no goofy John Manuel to go off topic and ramble on about nonsense. This is the best college baseball podcast out there!
