Barca fan foreverTrump Ads on Native Land Pod, why?I love this podcast and am a day 1 listener. However, I was saddened to hear the first ad on today’s pod being a Trump ad. I know you need advertising to keep your show going but this is sad. Please do better. Thx.

-
ConcernedAboutMDMWmsThe three of you just keep getting better and better. Lately you’ve been on fire and I have to figure out how to help out and keep you voices strong. I specifically can identify with Tiffany’s spirit. Stay strong Girl. The three of you are magnificent!

Yoda*Grateful SpaceThank you for taking up so much space with this platform. I look forward to the perspective, the laughter and the focus you all have with the fight for our lives. You provide such a strong level of experience and expertise that it is a fuel to keep going and be apart of the solutions. Thank you so much and please don’t stop feeding us the truth!

EllaFl2We never give up the fight!Thank you ladies and gentleman for giving it to the people straight while also encouraging us to not give up. You three are such a treasure and source of truth and power!

Mari CellaExcited for Organizing SeriesI know Andrew talked about how the Organizing Series isn’t flashy and may be boring to some. BUT I am excited about it because this is what is paralyzing me, I don’t understand how to organize and don’t know where to start. This will be very helpful!
-
Bassluva3000Thank you for keeping us informed and empowered.Continued blessings and strength to these three important voices.
-
AdwilmoTiff’s EnergyThis show is a great way to hear all sides. There is not universal agreement on issues or the solutions. This dynamic really allows for deep discussions, thinking critically, and going deeper into the most impactful issues facing the world today. I am going to say this though - Tiff’s energy is meeting the moment for me right now, you are a national treasure. Always appreciated her voice on the Cross Connection and have not watched MSNBC since she “left.”Keep up the great work!

GlasgowCeltExcellent AnalysisI’ve been listening to this podcast for awhile. It’s always excellent and often I hear a perspective I hadn’t considered about an issue. I also watched Senegal hours of the State Of The People event. It was SO encouraging in the true sense of the word, to build up with courage. Instead of being dragged down by the 100 minutes of poison and lies during the address to Congress, I was able to listen to people who are working to make America a better country. A favorite quote is from Alasdair Gray, “Work as if you live in the early days of a better nation.” I felt like that was the focus of State Of The People. Thank you!
-
chadnic1Essential!!This is a weekly go to pod for me to navigate these rough waters as black man in America wanting to fight for change ! Thank you so much for coming together and offering us this gift. I have been a supporter of all three of you but together your strength is undeniable and so needed right now.
-
mosdef522Thank God for this great podcastI am a new listener and am so grateful for combination of deep, knowledgeable reporting that is also full of compassion, and caring for the people. Blessing to you all

Meredith ChéCritical Thinking and Intelligence are Not DeadI tune into this show on a weekly basis and I just love the intellectual synergy between Tiffany, Andrew and Angela. They inform, and always produce receipts to back what they are informing us on. I love this show and feel empowered and more knowledgeable after each episode. They are doing God’s work!
-
Shorty2916Angry Angela!Angela Rye is so disrespectful to her co-hosts! It’s one thing to fight injustice, but she fights her allies! Forget friendly fire, she fires at her friends! God forbid Andrew and Tiffany have an opinion different from hers! Angela attacks immediately without listening to their side. I am a Black woman so no bots, no trolls, just truth.
-
AlicyahT57My favorite podcastI listen to this podcast every time a new episode comes out. I love it!! Thank you for this podcast. Welcome Home Native Land Pod!
-
Elle DunnAndrew is a gift!!The level of Andrew’s knowledge about government and diplomacy is the gift that keeps on giving. His heart to top it off is something to be desired. He balances this team in a way that I can hardly articulate. Anyway, I love him and don’t want to think of the show without him. He’s a clear leader. I wish he’d run for office again. ❤️AG!
-
WAPWAPWANew & Manifold InsightsI listen to a lot of podcasts regarding news and culture and many times there is overlap, which is fine because you need info to be instilled but I can always count on getting new and different perspectives here. Keep up the great work! Let’s grow NLP!

We’ve been here beforeMy thoughtsFor Snoop and Snoop only, many people look up to him as kinda of a leader in our community. His actions remind me of when Jim Brown went to meet trump at the White House. Does everything you’ve done give you a past for what you’ve done? Not to me just because we see you now and now your perspective has changed and that doesn’t align with what I want for my people. He should be scolded just as anyone else would be.
-
cfzfi); ifzyezfuThank youI love this exchange and truths from you guys. I listen often and want you to know we need you all now in this climate of Hate.
-
caprockcokeGreat podcastI am a 75 yr old woman and have never understood why marginalized people were marginalized and had friends of all races, sexes and ethnicities. I love your podcast. I believe you are putting things out there that need to be heard by all of us. Great job!!
-
Tatie_peace24Big fanI’ve listened to every episode and I stay up to date. I like the new “side pod” thing because my only dislike is when they cross talk and cut each other off and I can’t understand what’s being said or hear everyone’s POV so I feel the side pod will be a nice break from that.
-
EBKeverydayThe Victim PodThis is some wild fear mongering coming out of victimhood culture. The hosts have some reasonable takes on some things but if Trump comes up they start going haywire and can’t separate emotions from reality. They said “Trump is coming for Black people next”. Why? No reason, it’s just to scare listeners. There is zero history or reason to believe this but their echo chamber has brainwashed them to thinking everything is about race and they are victims so they must be next.
-
I’m just a fanSurviving on NLPVoices FOR the people!!! Thank you!!
-
MemoriNashayGreat Content, Less Yelling / Arguing would be BetterThe hosts are clearly friends who care about each other and have informative perspectives. However, sometimes the arguing, yelling, and talking over each other is too much.
-
House of CharlitaThank YouJust thank you for giving us analysis, information and perspective that is for us. I love all three of you. Keep it going, we are with you!
-
Morrison is my teacher.NLOAngela Rye has lost all credibility. Her excusal of the behavior of people like Lenard and Snoop is revolting. Thank God for Tiffany Cross.
-
jc_ralBest Podcast everThis is the best podcast ever. All those that are giving 1 star ratings are the true haters… they hate hearing the truth. What I hate about this podcast is, more of my friends and family aren’t listening to it. This should be mandatory listening.
-
bc LphaShallow contentToo much tension between Andrew and the other two. They really hate each other lol
-
Neemah21I’m so excitedI can’t wait to listen to the remaining 109 episodes of my favorite journalist. I’m so glad I found you’ll again. All together , in one space. Let’s go!!!

JSquared59Keep Going - We Need UsLove this show and appreciate the diversity of your thoughts, experiences, and viewpoints. Your dedication and service to our community is truly valuable and inspiring especially during this time of uncertainty and anxiety. We definitely need to breakout from the Democratic Party and lean into our power and strength. We are taken for granted far too much! We give into capitalism and have a lot of power and skin in the game. Let’s do quiet quitting; let’s boycott Black Friday and anything that they are dependent upon us for. Please keep providing this forum for us share ideas and build a coalition in our own self interest since we are always being pushed to the back of the by. Thank you for all you’re doing to keep the conversation going. We need us!

WargasmrobHate is baggageThese people hate everyone who doesn’t agree with them. It’s really sad. When you have hate in your heart you’ll only see the negative in life. I hope they find peace.
-
Awkward GenXerThis podcast gives me hope. This is an informative podcast hosted by people who are not just well-informed but involved. Very valuable information and perspectives while being real about the feelings.

Educator13Thank you! The Podcast I’ve been seekingSince this election outcome, I have found myself not only angered, but in flux about what all this means. I saw Angela Rye do an interview following the election and she spoke in words what I was feeling and sought this podcast out. Wow! I’m a sad that it took me this long to find you all. This is just the podcast I’ve been seeking! Thank you so much!!!

YpsiTucky04Just ExcellentThree dynamic personalities bring their individual perspectives to politics, “the culture”, and the issues of our time. The Native Land Podcast is real and relevant. Please stay the course team; we need truth tellers, and nonsense debunkers, now more than ever.
-
organicmochaWe need you more than everLeave us !? No way we need you all more than ever to help us understand all the madness that is coming our way. We need you all to continue to keep it REAL with us weekly . Thank you for all you do .
-
twinklr14BrilliantThis podcast is absolutely needed. The hosts provide eloquent, data-driven analyses of the things we all should know. The mini pod recap of the election was heart wrenching and somehow a bit uplifting. I needed to hear these things that went well in the election, and sadly, also what was wrong with this election. White men and women (I am one of them) really let us down. The discussion of the white consultant class also blew my mind. This is the heart of what we need to focus on for the next election. Thus, the part we can work on to uplift ourselves. We need to stop ignoring those at the bottom. Trickle-down economics is a sham. We can do this, but we have to start now! Thank you for making this pod. All white people need to listen and learn. Thank you thank you.
-
$$7789Should the show continueI love the show !!! I’ve decided after election.I will no longer look at traditional news anymore . I love you guys different points of view. I need to hear the truth without being sugar coating you guys tell truth good bad or in different

KuhnowskiLove it!I just started listening. The podcast video scrolled through while l was on YouTube. Angela l have ALWAYS loved you from back in the CNN days(“we built this joint for free, we didn’t build it for less”), Andrew, ironically l was just thinking about you as l often wondered about the black guy that had Dasantis sweating in them streets during your governor campaign (“I’m not calling him a racist, but the racist believes he’s a racist”), and Ms Cross, l enjoyed you on msnbc and as usual you’re still the stable one of the crew. I’m so glad l found this podcast and although you can’t hear me, I’m usually interacting in agreement with you all. Stay encouraged. I just started following the three of you on instagram. LoveYa 💕

Nola_4/everI NEED NativeLand Pod to continueWe need honest reporting and it’s the only place that our people can be informed of what’s really happening. I would like to see going forward people that have a plan interviewed. Answer or guide how we boycott what is happening. Do we spend our money in the spaces? Do we galvanize our youth? Break down policies that affect us. You are voices we hear. Let keep going!!!
-
Don’t Stop Informing UsContinue to Inform UsYour podcast has been one of the very, very few sources of factual information for me. Please continue to inform us. I have learned so much from you all and I will continue to listen to learn what I need in order to navigate the years ahead. I appreciate you all!
-
KwayebNweYou Are Our Best And BrightestAfter listening to the very heated/ passionate discussion about the tea party with “him”, I agree with Andrew’s position regarding tradition and etiquette remaining in place despite the overall disdain for his “him” antics, politics, or position. I enjoy listening to and learning from the varied discourse among you all. We need your voices because you are our best and brightest. You mustn’t refuse to fight. So, retreat, refresh, and reframe for this, our generations struggle for liberation. ☮️ & ❤️

sl20001060My new favorite podcast! We ABSOLUTELY want you all to keep the podcast going! We need this type of information and discussion more than ever considering the political environment!

KTroyJShould This Show Continue? YesNative Land Pod is phenomenal! As someone who’s celebrating a year in the podcast space, and independently no less, I know the lift this takes. The knowledge that y’all share and the opinions matters. They matter because, in my opinion, we will soon lose the model of what it’s like to disagree civilly. Opinions, based in fact, matter because it allows others to be affirmed in their thinking or challenged in their thinking. I could go on but please, keep this show. Keep informing us. And remind us what the original intent was and why it needs to change. And I’m 1000 percent agree with Angela Rye when she questioned if Biden should be welcoming 47 back in the manner that he did. ✊🏾🤎✊🏾

Bb718917Should we cancel the show?As a 45-year-old single woman raising a 18-year-old son who is due to start college next year, when I heard the results of the election immediately fear settled in. My VERY first thought was, let me get online and search Angela Rye to see what she has to say about this and where we are headed as a community because of these results. I knew that any information received by Angela would be true and it would be information that I could trust. I also knew it would be information specific to our community. Then I found the podcast. I kept coming back to it to see if a show has been posted post election results. Then I heard the show posted Thursday. When I heard the sister pose the question whether or not the podcast should continue, I felt anxiety in the pit of my stomach. I believe it would be doing the black community a grave injustice by canceling this show because there are some people in our community that don't know a lot about politics and want to be educated and you happen to be the voices that some of us depend on and know that we can trust. I feel like brothers and sisters who have this level of knowledge and experiences about politics and how it directly affects our community almost have a civic duty to provide this information to other brothers and sisters that want to know but may not know as much about the issues that affect us as a community. I am begging you please do not cancel this show. I know how frustrating it is to speak to a group of people and provide a message when you think you're not being heard. And it may be true there maybe some of us that are not hearing what you're saying. But speaking for myself and I'm sure many others, some of us ARE listening and some of us really need to hear this information. SOME OF US DEPEND ON IT. I appreciate what you guys do. I have a huge respect for what you guys are doing and I truly hope that you will reconsider your decision about canceling this much needed dialogue. Thank you for listening 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾

chrisfine4Hang In There - We Are In This TogetherGood Morning Family, I have been listening to your podcast since day one. The last episode was full of the pain that we are experiencing right now . . . I hope and pray you keep doing the podcast because we need this platform now more than ever. I only want to engage Black news sources right now and be in that intellectual and spiritual space. Onward ✊🏾✊🏽✊🏿✊🏼

applepod listenerWe need your voicesI’m a long time listener of NLP. I hope more people listen to the pod. I appreciate the educated commentary and the individual perspectives Tiffany, Angela & Andrew provide on each episode. I refuse to watch the news so tuning in each week has been my way of staying informed. For the foreseeable future, I need to hear them more than ever.
