I am over a year postpartum and I still enjoy listening to this because there is so much to be learned on how to heal and strengthen your core after having a baby. Having a baby is a blessing, but if we don’t take care of our bodies it can make it so much harder to show up as the mom we want to be. That is why I am so thankful that this podcast can play a part in helping me do that. Thanks Jena!

Brittany PoppeSo helpful!I just listened to the most recent episode about working out after a c-section and I found it so helpful! While I’ve had two c-sections, and it has been a couple of years since my last one, we are considering adding another child to our family and I will likely need to have another c-section. I felt so unprepared after my other two, that I really struggled and still struggle today with core strength! I feel more prepared if there is a next time, and now I just want to binge listen to every episode! Super excited to learn more!

I love the feeling of getting my workout in every day, but it’s hard to actually DO IT sometimes with all my littles running around. I love how practical Jena’s podcast is, it not only motivates me but also gives me super practical and simple tips to get my workouts in!

I struggled big time with consistency — until finding this podcast! Dr. Jena makes this feel doable for me as a busy, working mom. After hearing her latest podcast about committing to working out for just 2 minutes a day, I had to leave a review and say thank you for giving me the permission to lower the bar I set for myself and to practice consistency and progress over perfection! This gives me such freedom and encouragement to keep going!!
