The repeat episodes are lazy. You and Brittany have done more repeats than any other VPR podcaster. Having a podcast should be an actual business. It shows zero effort. Look at Scheana- she’s never done a duplicate episode . Stassi doesn’t either. Also - having a baby is really hard. It’s been hard for millions of years. Reading about possible issues , things that may never happen aren’t good for you Kristen. Just go with it. Stop planting seeds for issues that might not ever happen. It’s giving you an excuse to worry .

I really enjoyed listening to today’s episode. I know the topic is heavy but your conversation flowed and you gave each other space to talk as well as support. Keep up the good work ladies.

Is this just a pregnancy/parenting podcast now? That’s not what 95% of your audience are here for… likely won’t stay much longer.

Nobody wants to hear about Pregnancy, baby stuff, mom stuff or VACUUMS???!!?!! Really ? Vacuums? Absolutely nobody. If you have nothing to talk about have guests on your show

I used to love this podcast! Now Kristen only discusses pregnancy and parenting or has low IQ guests. No way will this get better once the baby comes :/

Kristen’s making it all about her is hard to see on tv, and to listen to on this podcast. Where is Luke and his perspective? Probably won’t listen anymore.

I always listen to podcasts to help me fall asleep. This one did the trick in no time flat. So it should get five stars for that.

This has turned into a pregnancy/parenting pod. While I understand that is the phase you have immersed yourselves in at the moment. The content isn’t what I came here for- so I’m outtie.

We can hear every time the mic or the mic cord moves or is touched - you can tell Kristen is holding the mic and moving around but brittany isn’t. It’s just an annoying distracting sound! Also pretty misleading title - at least the first 90% of the episode was baby planning. This isn’t a bad episode, just please think about naming the episode more accurately and less click-baity

Love the pod! And so excited for you and your growing family. But can we please stop with the Sandoval bashing. If you need content, there’s so much happening in the Bravo world, it’s okay to let him go. Zack, you sound like a douche. Like Yayy you’re on a show and good for you. But get over yourself. You’re becoming obnoxious. Like is this tiny bit of fame really going to your head?

Difficulty planning around an appointment is 100% an ADD/ADHD thing, not an excuse.

Funny how she never mentioned the horrific hurricane just a few short months ago but dedicated an episode to the fire in LA. People in North Carolina are still living in devastation. Open up your eyes and stop being so closed minded it’s not all about you and where you live.

I was going through fertility treatment and got pregnant right around the same time as Kristen. Your most podcast was super relatable and made me feel less crazy lol. The first trimester is hard! Been a long time VPR fan, and I’m so overjoyed for you! You deserve all the good things!

If you’re so concerned about women’s rights how do you think Laken Riley’s family feels? Or all of the women that have been injured by men in girls sports. Speak up about that instead of crying about the brain dead candidate that had no policies.

Kristen you HAVE to fix the mic issue where you can always hear the mic shake or move, it’s just the worst sound ever and makes it hard to listen to the pod!

As for wearing my wedding ring, I never take it off. That way I never have to worry about losing it. I always know right where it is. I am so excited for both of you and your journey together you’re a perfect couple and yes, I agree. Do not do a wedding for everyone else. You’re just throwing a big party for your friends do something intimate with people that are important in your life as well as family it’s so expensive nowadays for everyone, I’m so excited that you got engaged on Maui. Maui is a very special place for our family as we live there for 12 years on the south side of Maui in Kihei Wailea. My youngest daughter and Grandson still lives on Maui upcountry and haiku. Kristen they don’t mention often that miscarriage is commonly caused by sperm DNA mutation from 8 weeks pre insemination and caused a lot by alcohol and it’s not always the woman’s body’s fault

I really loved when Kristen had her own podcast. Now that she rebranded and is doing with Luke it isn’t the same. Run from him KRISTEN, run!!

I like the podcast but Kristen is always slurring her words. It seems like she’s drunk every episode recently. It’s distracting.

When it’s just Kristen and Luke it’s so boring. And don’t promise VPR recaps then do everything but!

Out of the many podcasts created by VPR cast members, this is the best one. Unlike the others this podcast is well balanced with different topics and Kristen doesn’t make it 100% about herself. She’s patient with her guests, let’s them speak. She wasn’t my favorite on the show but I do prefer her podcasts, over listening to Stassi and Katie. Update…. I had to unfollow. Kristin, I love you but hunny the way you sound so saved by Luke is unhealthy + a side note that nobody is telling you, it’s not convincing so it’s coming across toxic instead. Luke isn’t a horrible guy, we know that. But it’s hard to tell if you’re trying to convince us or yourself how good he is “for you”. Seek therapy, no person should hold that weight for you. None.

I love Kristen! Wish luke was on the pod less though. Edit: Still love Kristen, but Luke needs to go.

The way that Luke speaks to Kristen, and about Kristen, on this podcast makes it virtually unlistenable to me. I have been a huge Kristen supporter for many years, but I get triggered listening to how horribly he treats her. The only episodes I can take are when they have guests so that I can see how Kristen bounces off of the other person, because when it’s just the two of them… it’s just sad to witness. Girl, you can do better.

The person who knows the least about any of this sure has a lot to say. Is he dating Tom Sandoval or Kristen? Yikes.

Kristen, I love you and the podcast, but Luke constantly defending Sandoval is really hard& upsetting to listen to.

Kristen talks about giving grace to others and how much she has grown over the years but she can’t let things go. I get the issues with past relationships (ex. James). I wouldn’t give him grace based on what we know but Jo. I mean, the latest episode she just kept going on and on about how her friend Lena corrected Tom’s hair and how badly Jo did. I’m sorry but doesn’t Lena own the salon Jo works/worked at? Are you saying Lena hires incompetent people? Yikes! Let some grudges go, Kristen. Reflect on how your words and actions can hurt others and their businesses. Hope this show improves!

I enjoy listening to this podcast except, when Kristin is noticeably drunk. The words are hard to get out of her mouth and it’s obvious to me that she has a “to close” relationship with alcohol.

Kristin really needs to get over James. James has grown up, and let’s be real, he’s got more things going for him than Kristin and Luke together. Makes more money too. 😁 No one wants a podcast from you regarding air-sculpting.

Tom is sorry he got caught, sorry he’s not liked anymore and sorry he’s losing everything. Narcissist are not sorry for hurting people. They don’t have that kind of emotion. Lala is a dry drunk and stunted her growth, she is also probably a borderline personality. She needs to work her program to dump some of this bad karma she has invited into her life.

Kinda over Luke. He decides he’s not interested in something and therefore it’s not talked about on the pod, even when you can tell Kristen wants to. Like dude. Kristen is the woman and has been in this world. We are here for her and she has a WAY better sense of what the audience wants to hear them talk about. She needs to lead. We aren’t here for a straight dude who’s clearly not into reality to dictate where the pod goes and to mansplain constantly to Kristen and the audience. Really really struggling to like this pod anymore.
