    Shedding all or nothing
Excellent podcast! I have been working on shedding my perfectionist “all or nothing” thinking when it comes to my weight loss and health goals. This podcast helped me recognize I can shed that thinking when it comes to alcohol, too. It feels empowering and calming to know I can make lasting changes meeting myself where I am now.

    Love listening to Molly
From reading her book, to listening to many of Molly’s podcasts, coupled with her coaching programs, and having some one on one coaching personally from her - I truly have shifted my beliefs in myself, am learning to recognize thoughts as neutral or not even true, (my skewed perception of things) working to retrain how I respond to those thoughts - urges, practicing new beliefs., and the list goes on - learning to appreciate myself more - really working daily - practicing and more practice - all from these great weekly inspirations, and knowledge Molly provides! Simply amazing stuff! Love her introducing us to all these other great professional wellness practioners, sharing experiences and expertise in, making all feel we really can find the change we so long for!! It is spilling over into other areas of my life which is also an added benefit! Thanks Molly You are so busy in your own life and yet you take time out weekly to share with us and help us become the best we can be, with out shame or judgement!!

So many podcasts are full of fluff, but not this one. If you’ve ever thought “I know drinking less is good, but it’s hard”, then this is for you. Molly makes it understandable and actionable, which is to me, the secret sauce!

    Peaceful Drinker
After listening to tons of Molly’s podcasts, I have proudly gone from being a nightly drinker to a more healthy and minimalist drinker. These podcasts encouraged and enlightened me so that I drank less last year than I use to drink in a month! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Her advice on how to minimize alcohol use is very helpful and helped me to minimize my drinking from nightly to very seldom. I highly recommend it.

    Wow! Just wow!
I love listening to podcasts at the gym. It’s my jam. I feel like I am getting a two-in-one … a body workout and a mental one. I discovered this podcast over the weekend and this morning my mind was blown! I use self-coaching to help guide me to positive lifestyle changes. I’ve been looking at helping create a healthier happier me. After this mornings workout and podcast, I went home and immediately downloaded the SunnySide app to help track my drinking. I already track my workouts and meals, and never thought to track the nightly love affair I have with Pinot Noir! It was so easy to ignore and. Or drink alcohol when I was pregnant with my kiddos, so why should t I have the same respect for my body now that I am older and … not pregnant? I am so inspired and can’t wait to add th is podcast to my health and fitness routine. My goal is to eventually get to a place where I can enjoy 2-4 glasses a week … instead of 2-4 a day!

    Very good
I’m not sure whether I’m the first one to make note of this- I assume it’s been mentioned before… but I think this is important. Molly’s podcast is much more relatable than others about fixing your relationship with alcohol. Most talk about the things you should do to cut back, while the hosts have all completely given up alcohol. That’s pretty hard to get on board with for obvious reasons when you don’t need to stop completely and want to have a more peaceful relationship with alcohol. They’re giving you directions to drink less, but never went through that process themselves. Molly has done it, and she speaks from experience. This has given me a lot of hope and ideas for structure. I’ve followed a lot of what she’s put out there and it really is helping. Big difference between hers and other podcasts.

    So good! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I never thought that I could be someone who could leave a 1/2 finished glass of wine. But I’m able to ask myself, do I want that? And really be able to walk away. Thanks Molly for this podcast. ❤️

    Such a fabulous resource
I love how Molly offers an option for those ready to change their relationship with alcohol but don’t want to go completely alcohol free. She teaches how we can use our mind to take control again.

    Informative and effective
Molly provides an informed, open, and nonjudgmental place to help others understand their relationship with alcohol. Through sharing her own personal experience and her research, she inspires listeners to find their own peace with it, whatever that looks like. This is a fantastic tool for those of us wanting to explore where we are, why we’re there, and where we want to be. Highly recommend!

    Thank you!
Molly, just wanted to say thanks for your insight and experience on developing a more healthy relationship with alcohol. I actually joined Sunnyside last year and for 6 months cut my alcohol use from daily to just a few days per week. Then summer came and slowly I regressed back to being a daily drinker. Started up again with Sunnyside on March 1st and found you. The support and knowledge you provide is a difference maker. I am keeping to mostly 5 dry day a week. I feel great, lost a bunch of weight and don’t miss the sleepless nights and groggy days. I look forward to your podcast every week!

    Game Changer
This is a game changer Podcast!! It’s not about stopping drinking but changing it and implementing doable ways of living that you will stick with. I sort of compare to a diet as diets don’t work. We all know this but we keep on doing them over and over expecting a different outcome. What do they say , doing something over and over and expecting a different result is the definition that of insanity, LOL. I wanted to find a way to cut my alcohol and control it but not eliminate it from my life. I started implementing Molly’s steps and everyday I get better at “Breaking the Bottle”. Molly, your podcast has helped me more than words can describe. Thank you for changing my life and many others. I am so grateful for you!!!

    Good Coaching
I like Molly’s inspirational tone, and I like the variety of topics. Having this catalog of episodes was super helpful when I decided to explore my drinking habits and really dig into the grey areas, learn a new vocabulary about drinking, and fill my ears while making some positive changes.

    Amazing
This podcast is so good. Truly. I stumbled on it several months ago after being fed up with a cycle of being able to moderate to over drinking (with black/brown outs) to abstinence to moderate to over drinking, etc. For years! I had not known how to articulate what I needed when I found this podcast, but this is what I had been looking for. A no-nonsense approach, using science, to change my relationship with alcohol. I had explored AA, reframe, sober curious social media..many books.. But what this podcast gives is a review of all of the different methods to achieve a peaceful relationship- and, from last September, I have listened to a little over half of the whole series. Molly is a voice of reason and compassion and I’m so grateful to have found her work. I’m reading her book, right now, too and it just drives home the science based approaches I respect so much. I’ve told many friends and family members to check her out and I think if youre reading my review, you should too! Thanks Molly!

    Changed my life
This podcast has helped me on so many levels. Mindful drinking is something I’ve never attempted until I learned Molly’s techniques, which are easy to use and remove the stress out of all the thoughts surrounding alcohol in our society. Her research simply makes sense and the guests she has on the show are fascinating, confirming her spot-on tools and tips. As and added bonus, this podcast is about so much more than alcohol. It addresses the everyday habits that we often fall victim to, which is something that anyone could benefit from.

Restore your relationship with alcohol and your mind
if you’re here and haven’t picked up Molly’s book yet, please take the plunge. If you haven’t listened to Molly Watts podcast, start from the first one and work your way through. This relationship with alcohol takes some work. Just like any relationship, the more you pay attention to cultivating the relationship the more it can flourish. Molly’s book and words in this podcast are outstanding and help layout a pathway to establishing a right relationship with the drug of alcohol. It helps to start with the science, learn the mind, and hone in on your inner dialogue.

Thank goodness there’s a smart no nonsense way to deal with our societal use of alcohol and the role it plays in our lives without a 12 step program. Thank you. Make sure you take the time to listen just one episode and you’ll know for sure that you can do this.

    Ok! This is it!
Coming at you from a somewhat sunny Hartford Ct, I need to ask: Y’all, is this podcast a clown in a sewer? Because it is seriously IT! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve re-listened to these episodes. Each one gives me a kernel of truth that I hold close every week! It feels good to be seen in the podcast world. Thank you Molly for your research and compassion. Can’t wait to read your book.

    I love this podcast!
I listen to a lot of podcasts… mostly sober/sober curious. What I love about Molly Watts is she doesn’t preach that quitting is the only way to go. Other podcasts I listen to mainly focus on quitting forever, even if they don’t come right out and say that at first. Molly has lots of valuable info on responsible drinking and lives the life she talks about on the show. There is no shame or guilt, just honest facts and we can do what we want with them. I look forward to each new episode and haven’t been disappointed yet!

    I Found my Tribe!
When I found the Alcohol Minimalists Facebook group led by Molly Watts, I felt an instant connection. These were people openly discussing their challenges, thought processes, successes and failures in an honest, open and often fun way. These were my people. When I found there were over 30 podcasts and a book I felt like I had hit the jackpot!!! I listened to all the episodes of this Podcast on walks or in my car and was elated to find I was not alone in my self defeating approach to cutting back on my drinking. After over 12 years of an almost daily “wine down” habit I was able to change my thought patterns around why I “needed” wine and successfully replace those those thoughts with ones that led me to have my first alcohol free Saturday night in over 30 years!!! Learning about the science behind my habits, learning that I am in control of my thoughts, feelings and actions has been really empowering. I am elated that I can choose the relationship I want to have with alcohol and the techniques I am using are positive not punitive. I could write so much more… most importantly, Thank you Molly Watts!

    Game Changer for Me!
I am just finishing up the most recent episode #30 after “Binge Listening” Breaking the Bottle Legacy since the beginning of the month. I am so thankful for Molly and her common sense science based research. Her resources have been so helpful to my own journey to find peach with alcohol - specifically the Cutback Coach app., and Sleep Doctor PM to help getting a good nights sleep. I highly recommend episode #12 “Figuring Out Your Feelings: The Key to Changing your Relationship with Alcohol.” It was a crux episode for me and gave me a focus, probably for the rest of my life. Molly is what my mother would have referred to as a “smart cookie!” Thanks, Molly, for all of your hard work researching such an important area of many of our lives, enabling us to work toward becoming our best selves, always looking forward instead of back into our pasts. To quote a famous soccer coach: “You know what the happiest animal in the world is? It's a goldfish. It's got a 10 second memory. Be a goldfish.” ~Ted Lasso
