    Distracting music
    I love the idea of this podcast and I don’t even mind the ads in general, but the background music is distracting. I’ve been using a different meditating app and it’s so much more peaceful and focused.

    Not good for the body
    Meditation is sandwiched between ads that are loud and incredibly jarring, which for me defeats the purpose of meditating. The impacts to the nervous system of having someone basically yelling at you to buy something while you’re meditating is an obvious no. I get you need ads but there are so many ways to have ads on your show and it doesn’t need to be like this.

    Ads are very frustrating
    I really enjoy these meditations, a ton, but the ads, especially at the end, when you might be dozing off are loud and jolting. It’s frustrating because you listen to fall asleep or to have a peaceful wake up and it’s not helpful. Please curate your ads to be peaceful parts of your show if you must use ads.

    Mornings and evenings
    Each morning and night before I go to bed I listen to one of the other morning meditations, or affirmations. Both are absolutely amazing. The only thing that I would change if I could is how long they are some of them being six minutes and some of them been maybe eight minutes. it just seems so short I always forward through the commercials but it would be better. I would think if the shows could go maybe twice as long as I do right now or even longer. Otherwise keep it up. I love it and I will continue listening to what you put out

    Please stop rhyming
    This is literally my favorite morning meditation, but the rhyming is extremely distracting, and when I come across one of these meditations, and it has rhyming in it, I have to stop it and move on to something else because I cannot meditate because the rhyming is so distracting for me. I had made it a practice to do this morning meditations every day, but lately, I keep coming to Christ, the meditations that rhyme and I can’t do it!

    Daily Ritual - So grounding!!
    I absolutely love these meditations, along with the new mom one. I listen every morning as I start my work day and it truly is an easy way to connect, get grounded, reset, and heal. My days have improved immensely because of these guided meditations. Her voice is very soothing and you can feel her genuine care through each podcast. The topics are great as well and so spot on!! If you’re struggling with meditation or don’t have time to sit down - this is the way to go. Highly recommend, especially for moms/women going through the ups and downs of motherhood and postpartum healing ā¤ļø.

    Background music is distracting
    The content of the meditations are good, but the background music is awful and distracts from her voice. I wish there were options for no music (or at least better music choices).

    An easy way to make meditation a part of your routine
    I hate meditation. I’m not good at it. I’d like to be better so am trying this podcast as a way to ease into it. It is about 10 minutes and even I can find that time. Each one leads you through a topic. I started with the series on resolutions. It is helping me make this a habit. It looks like there are 10 podcasts in the family so if you prefer one to help you go to sleep, they have that too! Check them out.

    Peace in the morning
    I love listening to this meditation in the morning when I’m feeding my son. It’s a great start to the day! Only 10 min long episodes and it helps get you in the right mindset for the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reminder to slow down.

    Hello, One of my goals this year was to follow through with a morning routine that included self care. I’ve completed my first week of waking up early enough to begin with stretches and meditation. This meditation podcast has been so motivating for me to keep working towards my goal.     I love this podcast and you will too! I’ve tried so many different meditation apps/podcasts and I always have the same concerns: it all starts to feel the same AND they’re way too long. These are short 5-10 minute mediations that I can do every morning. They feel different because Katie is a dynamic guide. Each meditation has a different theme, which helps my mind to wander less. More than anything it’s helping me to heal from some traumas I’ve experienced in the past couple of years. It’s been so hard to sleep and feel safe in my body. I’ve noticed my sleep has improved and my anxiety is way down thanks to this quick, effective, daily practice of presence. I’ve only been using this podcast for a couple of weeks and it’s already improve my nervous system more than I imagined. Thank you Women’s Meditation Network! ā¤ļø

    I love the sound of her soothing voice, it makes it easy to meditate and stay focused. Some mornings I have a hard time meditating and this podcast makes it so easy. Even during traffic it helps me be grounded.

    Listening to this daily morning meditation has now become a part of my morning routine. I don’t mind the commercials as long as they are calming and not jarring first thing in my morning.     I don’t want to hear your genome commercial the first thing I hear in the morning for my morning meditation I also don’t want to be giving a one star review on my phone first thing either... I’ve clicked on 3 different episodes, and it’s so frustrating. Genetic info is very important however that’s not why I chose your podcast. I’m convinced this isn’t a meditation podcast only a geno link ad.

    Too many ads
    Same concern—too many ads at the beginning of a very short meditation. The water sounds meditations are very relaxing but by the end I was asleep again. The guided meditation portion was very minimal followed by a track of ocean noises. She has a soothing voice, I just wish she would use it for more than commercials.

    Ehh good but to many ads
    I really thinks it take away from the purpose of the podcast when 3 minutes in there are advertisements. They should be at the end instead why would anyone want to wake up and have time in the morning to listen to 3 minutes of ads? Other then that the podcast is great and the instrumentals are calming.

    Transformational - Self Care at its Best
    This meditation series is so well done and has helped me realign and center myself in a very deep way after all of the pandemic trauma and just in general. Katie’s words, voice and music choices go perfectly with the themes. Her work is now part of my daily routine. I’m grateful for finding this. It inspires me daily in a very deep and authentic way.

    Soothing speech, good variety of topics, glad she is clear on sponsorships but also on why she’s partnered with a company. Great way to detox from my normal news and true crime that was ramping up anxiety.

    I’ve been on the hunt for something like this forever! After discovering the joys of meditation I was finding it hard to find guided meditations with someone I enjoyed who also shared regularly. This podcast is perfect in that way! I also enjoy the weekly themes. I hope it thrives and lasts a long time! I notice a big difference in my day when I don’t make time to be still and meditate. 😌

    Works amazing in so many ways!
    Katie has the most soothing voice and let’s face it if your a Momma or a Wife, we don’t have many people ā€œsoothing ā€œ us till we sleep! Not only do I doze off every single time but I find myself awakened in a lighter mood. I feel calmer and really can think about my day and how I choose to manage it. I absolutely love all three Podcasts! Keep it up!!

    I enjoy the meditation but they are so short and she goes through a long list of sponsors at first. I was bummed that her bonus episode was just covering her sponsors even though it gave me the impression it would be another meditation.
