    To many Ads
I only lasted 10 minutes in my first episode and I heard 4 ad campaigns before switching to another podcast program. Not enough education content to keep audiences interested and engaged.

    Too many advertisements
I appreciate Dr. Crawford’s social media content, but I’m disappointed that there’s more ad content than educational content on her podcast. The fact that some of the ads are for Ritual vitamins shows that she’ll take money from anyone.

    Misses some important information
She provides alot of super valuable information but I think that for someone who talks frequently about endometriosis and donor conception she leaves a couple of essential things about out of the conversation. For endometriosis she does not talk about the difference between excision and ablation surgery or how to choose a surgeon which is pretty important in fertility and pain outcomes. She also talks about the retrograde menstruation theory of causing endo without talking about other theories about causes of endo or talking about the limitations of the retrograde menstruation theory. For donor conception she does not talk about the problems with sibling pods in the triple digits and lack of regulation around sibling caps or fertility fraud. She does not talk about how donor conceived children feel about being donor conceived and how they feel about known vs anonymous donors.

    Educational Excellence
I can’t accurately put into words how frustrating it is that I’ve known so little about my own body for 33 years. This podcast is exceptionally digestible and educational. Thank you so very much for taking the time to answer the endless questions I have had and provide an education that every woman should have of their own bodies regardless of wanting children.

    I LOVE this podcast
This is the most informational podcast I’ve found for infertility! She teaches you the science behind everything instead of just assuming your not smart enough to understand. I love that she is an unbiased opinion about fertility treatments and politics around birth control/IVF. Thank you Natalie for teaching me so much about my body and how to be an advocate for myself on this journey!!

    Great pod and educational
Learned a lot thru this pod, thorough information that’s been helpful for me. One thing is I wish the sound quality was louder tho, other apps/sounds when I listen to this pod are so loud bc I have to turn the volume up so much to hear.

    Easy listening and educational
After listening to only 5ish episodes, I loooove this podcast. Dr. Natalie speaks so calmly and easy to listen to and so smart. She balances lifestyle changes and medicine and puts it all together so well. Thank you!!

    Wonderful Content
I’ve learned so much from her podcast and find myself reaching for her podcast or YouTube material when I have questions swilling in my mind. You can tell she understands the emotions behind the medicine and approaches her work and education with sensitivity. I wish we lived closer to Austin to become her patient! Thank you, Dr. Crawford.

    Informative and evidence based
Thank you for providing your expertise and research based information to all of us. It is truly appreciated.

    Informative and relatable
Dr Crawford is remarkably able to distill the messy science of reproduction into digestible bytes for the every day woman. It’s a game changer!

Unknowledgeable about true Fertility based methods
I listened to the Ovulation and Charting episode and was very disappointed. Though she is good at teaching and presenting information, it’s unfortunate she didn’t talk about the most effective FBAM such as; Creighton, Billings, and Marquette for tracking cycles. It’s also very heart breaking to hear her say that she doesn’t support giving progesterone to prevent miscarriage. My mother used progesterone for all 6 of her children and we are very healthy. Many close family and friends have benefited from this NaPro technology as well.

    Fertility explained!
I love listening to Dr Crawford’s podcast. She’s such a great speaker and really breaks down fertility, hormones, and everything that happens in a fertility center in a way that’s so easy to understand. One of the best parts is how she “brings the receipts”. She talks about evidence based medicine, current research articles and dispels misconceptions in a way that shows she really cares. Loving it!

    Great info awful audio
So this podcast is 5 stars regarding info and helpfulness and how Dr Nathalie is able to explain things. It’s truly helped me in coming to doc appts prepared with intelligent questions and feeling empowered. I knocked two stars off because the audio levels are abysmal and it feels like it’s gotten worse over the last 6 months. Please look into this. I have to listen to this like 10 volumes higher than any other podcast and the ads don’t match the level of the main content so when ads come on I feel like my ear drums are going to blow. The info is great but if it’s so hard to hear (and no I don’t have hearing problems) it’s not getting out there. For what it’s worth I typically listen in my car not n headphones.

    Courage to Advocate for Myself!
I started listening to Dr. Natalie on YouTube about 6 months ago desperately searching for answers after suffering with severe period and pelvic pain from the time I was 14 years old. Listening and learning from her videos gave me the courage to seek out a specialist who specialized in endometriosis to start taking control of my pain and fertility. Finished step one of surgery officially diagnosing me with stage 4 (but no endometrioma *yay*) and now moving on to REI for family planning options. I’d never have had the knowledge of what to ask for or the courage to advocate for myself with out this information. Thank you thank you thank you!

    Wealth of information
I am so appreciative for Dr Crawford sharing her expertise via this podcast. I am having trouble with fertility and listening weekly has helped make me aware of common or possible issues and circumstances; but more importantly, I don’t feel alone in this. There are thousands of us women who are listening and I hope we all get the babies we yearn for very soon! Thanks Doc, Sara.

    Empowering
New to this fertility journey and her podcast is so very helpful. She empowers us as patients to understand our bodies and better navigate the healthcare system. She provides concrete information and suggestions so you can actually participate in your health - so that infertility isn’t something that just happens to you and you’re at the mercy of everyone else.

Great information but way too many ads
Very helpful podcast. I really enjoy listening. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the number of ads during each episode. It seems half of each podcast is advertisements and they are right in the middle of each episode

Listening to this Show Helps Me Feel Like I’m Not Broken
Ive had recurrent later-term miscarriages, 4 to be exact (no living children), and this show helps me by teaching me more about infertility. This, in a way, helps me feel less broken. I’m so thankful I came across this show! The first episode I listened to was about diet and miscarriage and my goodness, I’ve already learned so much about how much my diet affects my chances of conceiving. I am hooked now and can’t wait to learn more!

    Evidence-based, balanced, and clear
Excellent podcast for women’s health! It was both fascinating and incredibly helpful/practical to listen to while trying to conceive. I appreciate the deeper understanding I have of my own body through this free educational offering. What a gift. Thank you!

    Thank you, Dr Crawford!
I can’t thank Dr Crawford enough for breaking down the latest infertility research and clinical explanations in such an understandable manner. She’s a very empathic and gifted physician and I’m so grateful she shares her knowledge so accessibly. Her calm voice has been such a reassurance for me in the last one and a half years that I’ve struggled with miscarriages and now new diagnosis of endometriosis. I asked a question on Instagram and got a whole episode to that answered my question so I now feel empowered when I speak with my own RE. I recommend her podcast to anyone struggling with infertility who is looking for good evidence based information!!!

    I love this podcast
This is such an great podcast about infertility. Whether you are just starting your journey or a seasoned IVF veteran, there is something here for you. Dr. Crawford’s podcast makes infertility just a little bit better, learning all about options, more about your condition, and validates emotions that come up during the process. Her YouTube channel is also great! Thank you for doing what you do- You are helping so many women (and men) through infertility!

Helps me get through it all
I look forward to each podcast. Learn something from each of them and they are so easy to follow. They are always straight to the point and make you want more from her on all the topics. I highly recommend this podcast 💗

Great Content, but Ads are Awful
I love this podcast, but the ads are so poorly placed. They just randomly and abruptly cut off the content. I wish Dr. Crawford would listen to a few other podcasts to see how ads are typically handled. Generally, the podcasts host will give some sort of warning that an ad is coming. Please find time to intentionally break up your content to allow for a true ad break.

    Always learn something!
I’ve done a lot of fertility research on my own over the last year but every time I think I’m covered on a certain topic, I learn something new from Dr Crawford! I love her informative and supportive style, and would absolutely see her if I lived locally.

    I LOVE THIS PODCAST
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Crawfords podcast! I found her when I was looking up some extra information involving PCOS after being diagnosed. I love how she uses different analogies for things that go on in our bodies to help the average person better understand some terms. I’ll be starting letrozole next month so I’m hoping to see a podcast on letrozole soon!!
  • lindsluss
    Great education podcast!
Love learning from Natalie. She had such a great way of explaining complicated topics and uses evidence based research to back up the things she’s shares. A great listen for anyone TTC or wanting to learn more about woman’s health!

    Amazing
Amazing podcast and so much great information. Thank you Dr. Crawford!!

Great medical info! But not welcoming to conservative women.
Dr. Crawford has great medical info and I have learned so much! But as a conservative woman, I often feel put down due to the many negative comments about conservative views (and red states). I wish Dr. Crawford would focus on helping all women equally and not get into polarizing politics.

    Systemic racism?
She lost me when she started talking about systemic racism and republicans. She is extremely biased. I am wondering if liberals paying her. I am a proud independent and people like her is a cause country is so divided today. Clear propaganda. I hate when doctors choose sides like that. Being pro choice and giving and providing examples why especially in IVF world is very different from calling republicans racist. Also, she probably never worked in the poor areas in the USA. As a doctor myself, who did residency in a very underprivileged area, I can attest how hard it is for women who live in poverty and don’t have an access to care, who don’t have a partner in their life, who grew up in violence. It’s time to stop blaming everything on “systemic racism”.

    A Blessing
Natalie has done an amazing job of breaking stigmas towards infertility. I’ve learned so much from her YT and Podcast. Thank you Natalie for your empathy and selflessness ♥️

    Love this podcast!
I love everything about this podcast! She breaks down every part of fertility in a way that is scientifically based/proven AND understandable. I feel so prepared and ready to ask knowledgeable questions to my doctors. Trying to conceive or not, you should listen to this podcast to get a better understanding of the female reproductive organs, hormones and general health.

    Ectopic
Thank you for sharing that story. I actually had a ruptured ectopic the first sent me home, I couldn’t not walk and sent me home to call my ob on Monday that was a Friday afternoon. I went back because my belly was getting larger and talking to some friends. I went back and ended up in emergency surgery! Saved my life!

    Empowering, caring and optimistic!
I have been watching all your YouTube videos for months now and have just started diving into your podcasts too. I’m so grateful to you for providing empirically-based and holistic information on fertility! I’m an academic researcher so really appreciate you summarizing up-to-date science on fertility. We have a wonderful 2-year-old and have been trying for for our second for 1 year now - have been pregnant twice in that time but one was an early loss just after my BFP and the second we lost to trisomy 13 at 13 weeks. The second one really broke me but I’ve lifted myself back up with the support of my husband and friends, and your videos/podcasts really have helped to stay focused and optimistic. I like my REI but she is set in her ways and doesn’t put much weigh on nutrition and lifestyle factors (though she did order a DHEA-S test twice). I’ve learnt so much about my body and fertility through you! Thank you thank you!! 🙏🌈

    So empowering and simplifying
Hi! Your episode about starting a podcast helped me so much! You aren’t a podcast coach, that’s not your thing, I felt supported and empowered! I have 33k followers in TikTok so I’m just gonna do it!! #ItsTimeToBePetty

    Love this educational podcast
Thank you for sharing so much fertility Ed!!!! In regard to the fertility fraud: the orthodox Jewish community is generally very concerned about the source of egg, sperm, and embryos in fertility clinics. There is an organization for this community called Puah that tackled this issue head in by having people oversee the whole practice to ensure ethical us of eggs, sperm and embryos. I am proud to be part of a community that foresaw this issue years ago. Definitely should be mainstream

    Such a helpful podcast!
I started listening to this podcast several months ago and have been recommending others to listen to as well. So informative and helpful for me!
  • taylorholt4
    Not supportive
I find Natalie’s episode on finding a fertility doctor to be off-putting. I am a fertility PA and have been for the past 4.5 years. My on the job training was for several years following board certified MDs and learning the ins and outs of fertility. APP’s can function in an REI practice and run fertility treatments including IVF cycles and doing their own frozen embryo transfers with similar, if not better success rates than some REIs. With less REIs coming out of fellowship and the increases in fertility practices opening across the US, utilizing APP’s can improve access to care and decrease multiple month wait times for a new patient appointment.

    Great source of reliable information!
I loooove this podcast! As a scientist, I really want to know everything I can about pregnancy as I get ready to ttc. I’ve learned a lot about fertility and the science explained in this podcast, which makes me feel more prepared for pregnancy and all it entails. I also like Dr. Natalie’s empathetic approach and how relatable she is. To me, one of the best podcasts in fertility!

Wish I had discovered this earlier on my fertility jouney
Just listened to the episode on embryo transfer and it really filled in some gaps in my knowledge and built my confidence around choices we’ve made along the way. Just wished I had discovered this resource earlier on. Packed with clinical information but explained in a way that is easy to understand.

    Great podcast!
I love this podcast. It has a great combination of women’s health information as well as women’s leadership topics. I like that Natalie speaks to a broad audience - women physicians, other women in leadership, all individuals going through fertility challenges. It is great!

    Wise + uplifting + informative
As a woman Oculofacial Surgeon who has moved to a new city after completing training & gone through 2 job transitions (plus the covid19 pandemic) in 3 years, I found this podcast refreshing & on point. Dr. Natalie Crawford is easy to listen to, well spoken & an excellent interviewer. Admittedly I have not listened to the fertility podcasts. This podcast has something for any provider (of any gender) starting out in practice or finding themself at a decision making point in their career. I highly recommend a listen!
  • jennab54
The best podcast for all the information
This podcast is incredible for any woman on their journey to conceive or going through the infertility process. Dr. Crawford really lays out all the information clearly without dumbing down the information. I found this podcast incredibly helpful in understanding your options and helping you be informed so you can advocate for yourself.
  • Stephanie Fein MD
    Worth your time!
There is nothing else like it out there. This podcast combines concrete useful fertility information with vulnerable life lessons from a smart, warm and thoughtful woman and REI. I learn so much from the personal stories shared by Dr. Natalie and her inspiring guests. The podcast is perfectly named because the throughline for the episodes is her clear support of and love for her fellow women on the journey to parenthood, medicine and a full life. I’ll keep listening!

    My favorite podcast
I absolutely love this podcast! I have learned so much and am incredibly thankful to Dr. Natalie for making this podcast. I have told so many people about it. I had a miscarriage in August and have been so down and depressed since then, but this podcast has truly empowered me, educated me, lifted my spirit, and gave me hope again. Thank you 💕
