Absolutely love the work the Lord is doing here
The way the Word is delivered, studied, and discussed here is so different than I’ve heard anywhere else. I’ve listened to Ben preach since back in 2007 going to Texas A&M and it his understanding of the Bible has only increased (as expected) in this time. If you’re looking for a podcast that meets you where you are, give this a listen.

    Biblically fascinating preaching
I have been listening to Ben Stewart’s preaching via podcast since he was the lead preacher for Breakaway ministry at Texas A&M. I love his teachings and am always amazed by the way he provides so much historical insight to the texts while using personal experiences to draw me in to how the Bible applies to my life. I love this resource and recommend it to all my friends. Love the Further in series!!

    Walk closer with Jesus
I found this podcast during COVID and have been listening ever since. If you are a believer already, you will be challenged, encouraged, and taught more in your walk. The teachings here are Biblical. Truth is Truth. I hear that here every time. If you don’t know Jesus yet, sit and listen and come to know more about Him. Your life will never be the same and you will look back realizing only way to walk through life experiencing it for what your life is meant for.. relationship with Jesus. That is the truth you will find here.

The Holy Spirit told me to listen
Sitting here folding laundry and I’m about to turn on some TV to mindlessly pass the time. I heard God tell me: “Listen to a podcast”. Ok, what podcast? “Ben Stuart”. I turned on the podcast about community in which Ben references the book “The anxious Generation”. As it so happens, I started reading that book at the beginning of this week and have had at least 4 other moments where the key ideas of that book have come about organically. Not a coincidence. The Holy Spirit speaks. It’s pretty cool when we listen. Asking God: what do you want me to know about the future of our world as it relates to community and technology?

    Engaging and convicting!
I watched a sermon of Pastor Ben Stewart’s at a young adult group years ago and really enjoyed it. I kind of forgot about it afterwards though. I recently heard him on someone else’s Christian podcast and remembered the name and the voice and how his sermon impacted me years ago. I mediately searched Apple podcast hoping that he would have one of his own, and found this! I listen to it nonstop, can’t get enough!

    Incredibly Necessary
My favorite part of every week. These sermons have been life changing. Ben Stuart specifically has such a powerful gift for preaching God’s word in applicable ways. I listen daily for encouragement, guidance, and increased knowledge of God’s word. You will not regret listening to any one of these sermons.

You will laugh, and you will cry
Ben Stuart is the best pastor I’ve ever heard. I listened in person in College Station where he started, and now I listen to his sermons as he preaches in DC because I enjoy them so much. Ben doesn’t speak about religion, but the passion of following Christ. Each episode is a great reset to your day. He is hilarious and easy to follow, but frequently includes historical info, Hebrew translation, analysis, etc. He manages to explain the gospel in such beautiful aspects every episode that I often have tears well up in my eyes. Thank you Ben Stuart.

Gut honesty and humility will lead you to adoration
I first heard Ben Stuart preach in 2017 at passion camp in Daytona, Florida. I was there as a chaperone for the high school girls. Hearing his heartfelt enthusiasm along with the intensity of a military commanding officer, I knew in my soul that I was meant to be a fellow listener of Ben Stuart as well as Louie Giglio and Brad Jones. God’s word was preached with great passion. This Passion community has nothing but the truth of God’s word along with encouragement through each pastors’ gut honesty, and humility. This , if you have ears to hear, will lead you to a deeper adoration of Jesus- our Almighty King! I cannot recommend these teachings enough.

A wonderful teaching for young people
As a 20-some, listening to Ben Stuart’s sermons give me applicable, relevant, and God centered teachings that I can ponder and apply in my day to day. Ben is honest and real when it comes to living like Jesus and being a Christian in a tainted world. I love tuning in on the Podcast from Denver, CO!

On point for people of ALL shades!
We’re people of color living in Texas. We are legal immigrants. We’ve heard Pastor Ben and his wife minister here in Houston often when he visited as the Texas A&M youth pastor. We’ve since fellowshiped at a loving church closer to where we live that is predominantly non BIPOC or as l like to say, non BLIPOC (black, Latino, indigenous people of color). Since the pandemic shut us down we’ve notice that the Sunday services haven’t changed to address what’s going on in our country. There were weeks where if I had just migrated here I’d never know there was racial tension from attending online services. This drove us nuts. How can one say, “be well”, “have a blessed week” and not tie the message (in a sentence of two at least) to how to navigate as one in God’s love these days? So we sought out Pastor Ben (and we still listen to Texas A&M’s pastor from time to time) all the way from Houston Texas. Ben Stuart is our current spiritual leader as we we seek God with regards to a permanent church home. He teaches how to be like ‘Jesus with skin on’. Ever heard that saying? May the a lord bless and keep ministries like these.

    One of my favorites!
I love this podcast! Is there any way the scripture reference could be added to the details section of each episode?

Best way to start my day!
Ben was one of our teaching pastors in Texas and I love being able to listen to him teach at Passion City. I’m always challenged and have truth to focus on for my day. Thank you Ben!

    Great Encouragement and teaching!
What a great Word. We are constantly in a process of refining and transformation. Keep your eyes on the prize and don’t miss the process. I don’t want the old normal but a new and better normal. Better yet, I don’t ever want to be stuck in a “normal” again and not be able to see the prize on the other side. God is at work.

That podcast was one of the most encouraging things I've listened to in a while. It gave me courage to face my worst fears. God is always with us.

    Love!
Ben Stuart has a way of communicating that seems to grab by heart every time! The Word of God is powerful and I really appreciate Pastor Ben’s teaching.

    Awesome takeaways.
My husband and I love the sermons and the love the fact that most of them make us laugh too! After listening to the Jonah series I needed to hear more.

    Excellent
I’ve been listening to Ben Stuart since Breakaway and am truly grateful to supplement the excellent teachings at my church with more amazing teachings from people like Ben. I can confidently share these teachings with anyone and they dependably have an encounter with the Bible they enjoy and are challenged by. I’m glad that Ben multiplied my listening pleasure by starting his own church. Now I have this podcast and still have Breakaway. It’s also commendable to make these teachings available for free. I took away a star because of all the Giglio teaching that pop up. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wish Pastor Ben was my Pastor!
I love this podcast!! It’s always on point, and challenging for me. He’s relatable, cares about his people, and funny. It’s not a watery message to make us “feel good” but solid truths to help us grow closer to God. Thanks Pastor Ben!

    Timely and Life-Changing
Pastors Ben Stuart and Louie Giglio are so encouraging and truly pay attention to the times we’re living in. They speak to what people may need in our current day and age. I’ve especially found comfort in these messages in March 2020, when the entire world is struggling with the COVID-19 pandemic. I’m so grateful for the hope, encouragement, and challenges found in the messages from Passion City Church.

    Excellent, Relevant
Pastor Ben Stuart’s sermons hit home in my life time-after-time. He teaches from the Word and makes biblical truth and lessons applicable to everyday life whether it’s at work, church, family, or deeply personal/internal. I’m grateful to have discovered Passion City Church D.C.’s podcast to help me remember what God has called to do and become more of - and that is to love and serve while I’m alive here on Earth, my temporary home.

    5-star message, 3-star technical
The sermons are powerful and applicable and just amazing. The only issue I have is with the volume control, someone needs to utilize the ability to normalize the audio, I can't hear when Ben whispers, but then I turn it up and he starts yelling and it blows out my eardrums...

    All Truth, No Lies
I’ve been listening to Ben Stuart’s sermons for over 6 years now. My favorite thing about listening to him is his sermons go further beyond his words. Yes, he is well spoken. But God truly shines through the entire time because Ben is able to cast away all of his own opinions and just show the world who God is in these moments. Each sermon just feels like you’re having your own conversation with God Himself. It’s something I’ll never get tired of and I’m so grateful to have.

    Austin???
My husband and I listen to these sermons together. We really enjoy the messages. They have great content. But I must ask, is the preacher Austin Powers? Did he just wake up from chryofreeze? Because he can not control the VOLUME OF HIS VOICE. He goes from a whisper to yelling. It’s super distracting. We are constantly having to turn the volume up, then turn the volume down, then turn it up, then turn it down, then up, then down, and so on and so on through the ENTIRE MESSAGE. It’s maddening!!!!!!!!!

Love Pastor's Ben sermons. Found him when YouTube suggested a sermon of his about dating. I had to come and see if he had a podcast too so I can listen while driving. I thank God for him

    Amazing Pastor and church
I have been recently attending this church for a few month and I have never heard a pastor break down the word of God with such elegant simplicity. Pastor Ben is a man of integrity, loves God and is incredibly humble. I thank God that I found such a great place to fellowship. May God bless you for all that you have done and continue to do. Your messages have literally kept me from giving up on life.

    Best podcast out there
Ben is in my opinion, the best communicator of God’s Word out there. He is able to explain truths on a level where all people no matter what there background is are able to understand. And he is able to do this with humor, wit, and a passionate love for Jesus. God has greatly gifted this man and am excited to see what his church continues to do!

    Following from Texas!
I have listened to Ben’s sermons for over ten years now! He has a way of making God’s word relatable to our daily lives. I listened to his podcasts when he was at breakaway and continue to listen now while he is in DC. God is definitely working through him!!

Ben Stuart is anointed by the spirit
It feels like the Holy Spirit is speaking through Ben in every message. Every sermon is so good. Also, I’d argue that these sermons have to be some of the most entertaining sermons out there

    Wow.....We ALL need this!
God is really using Ben Stuart as a communicator to reach so many! He is one of the best people I’ve ever heard to get a point across and grab your attention. On so many levels, I can relate. Thank you dear Lord for servants like Ben. Eternity will look a lot different because of him and how you Lord are using him!

    Direction through the years
Preaching can become stagnant to the preacher and the one receiving the message. It’s easy to become desensitized to the message of the gospel (not because it it’s no longer good but that we’re in a constant battle for our affections) Ben Stuart has been used well to usher a new sense of revival to myself personally(and probably many others) to the beauty of Jesus’s sacrifice and a perspective of the depths of what God’s story has gone through for us. My direction in life has been increasingly pressed to know God and make Him known because the Holy Spirit has begun to captivate my heart more and more. Passion City podcasts has been one of those resources the Lord has provided so graciously for me. Ben Stuart has been a voice used well in showing what direction my created intent has been for many years now and Jesus has only grown exponentially in Ben’s messages. Thank you Passion City for being stewards for the Lord’s will to be done and for allowing people like Ben and Louie, men whose example of what it looks like to submit to the beauty of Jesus is so strong, to help be shepherds for the church. Thank you for this podcast, and thank you Father for Passion City.

God is on the move in DC
Ben Stuart has been an encouragement to me ever since he preached at The Porch, a young adult gathering, at Watermark church in Dallas several years ago. I’m so grateful to have picked up on this podcast to hear how he and the Passion DC team are speaking truth and light into our political capital. We certainly need it. Wherever you are in your faith, or if you’re asking if God is real and does He love me, know that Ben and team will share straight from the word of God and invite you into His amazing grace. Excited for the waves Passion DC is going to create in DC!

    Best Car Rides
I love listening to just how the Holy Spirit speaks through Pastor Ben Stuart when I am often driving. Passion City Church not only talks about the how but more importantly the why questions so we can apply the Scriptures to our real lives.

    Good recommendation!
A friend sent me an episode and I could not believe how helpful his imagery was for making things practical. Sometimes it’s easy to zone out on a podcast but he kept repeating the main points and adding more memorable bits of understanding as he went on. Really diggin it!
