Excellent podcast, strong in scripture while providing a solid interpretation and applicability to daily life. Provides both an audio version that’s very soothing along with a written version, allowing the individual to select the experience they need to gain the most individual benefit for that day.

I’ve found that I come straight to this podcast every morning as I’m getting ready. It has spoken to me in so many ways! I’m so grateful that I found it.

The first fifteen devotional is immensely foundational to me each day as I wake up and set aside the first fruits of my day to spend with the Lord. It helps me ground my day in God’s word and start my day in prayer and meditation. It is simply fantastic!

I just started listening to this podcast this week and it’s become my first and last stop of each day. I actually started out listening at bedtime to help my mind settle on God’s truth after the busy day. It was great for that, and I started listening first thing in the morning too. It bookends my days keeping things in perspective and aligning my thoughts with God’s word. Just the right balance of scripture, commentary, and guidance.

This podcast has been life changing for me. While I was already a believer, it has deepened my faith in ways I never thought possible. I have received resources from this ministry and they are equally encouraging and wonderful. I promise you will not regret spending 12 or so minutes listening to this podcast. I’m truly grateful that I found this podcast through a Bible plan I was reading on You Version Bible app. I honestly look forward to listening to this podcast everyday. Each episode fills me with nuggets and Bible verses that I meditate on through out the day. What I love the most is the way each episode is delivered, the voice behind First 15, the instrumental music, and ALL the scriptures that are provided to confirm each episode. I’m a long time listener that began listening while hoping to find a devotion that would bring me closer to God. Craig does a wonderful job of presenting devotions inspired by scripture and expands on each with other scripture as he guides each morning’s devotion. The quality of the devotion also helped me to look forward to it as the first thing I do each morning with my coffee. I recommend this devotion to anybody wanting to grow in relationship with their Lord Jesus. I scroll back to the episodes from 2022 which was the last year read by the author Craig.

My husband and I listen every morning to this podcast. It’s amazing how God uses these devotionals to show us that he not only loves and forgives us but gives us a road to follow. They have changed their music we both wish they would go back to the other. It was more soothing and you could really feel the presence of God. We love this and are learning so much Carolyn &Jim

This is the most encouraging ways to start my mornings. I love everything about this app. How they read the verses from the Bible and explain what it means for us today. This app helped me to go through the dark season of my life when I needed encouragement. I felt like God was speaking directly to me through these messages when I needed to hear Him the most. I recommend this app to everyone who wants to focus on their relationship with Jesus and get encouraged.

I downloaded the new app for First15 and at the end of the teaching you guys would have a song on the old app and it was a nice way to finish up the Bible study on your podcast. Would you consider adding a song to each day after the podcast is finished. It’s a nice way to just relax and listen to some worship music. I miss the music dearly sincerely, John

Love this daily devotional and listen to it daily, however, the background music gets distracting with the fast piano, making it difficult to concentrate on the message. The APP has an adjustment for the music but then we miss the very ending that includes the Thank You and blessing for having a "Good rest of your day!" Sometime I listen to both sources to hear both and not miss a thing. "Thank you for listening and have a good rest of your day." I don’t remember the first time I listened too a First 15 devotional but I connected right away. I loved the style and simplicity of listening and if I am listening on the go and can’t take notes I can go back to it later in the day and listen again or read it myself. I now have been diagnosed with an eye disease that makes it very hard to read. I’m so glad I had already found these biblical devotions that the Holly Spirit has led me to make a part of my morning. Always encouraging , motivating and so personal to me and my needs.

It helps me to remain on track, many times I fall into fleshly desires and although I do in fact have many other ways I connect and commune with Jesus, I do believe that this pod cast has helped me to grow in my ability to communicate with the Lord and to recognize the Lord as well in my life. I share the pod cast frequently with others. I thank God for every one of these because you never know who’s gonna need to hear it and who else needs it that they can share it with.

The facilitation of time with God through meditation and prayer is both a useful rhythm, emotionally and spiritually rewarding, and insightful revelation of scripture. One recommendation, can we end the daily introduction of Josh? Most of us listen daily so no need for the continuation of that recording.

I listen everyday to start my day off with the right mindset. I really like the new host, Josh. He brings an energy to the message I really like.

With the ability to jump in my car and start my day listening to a calm and soothing devotional, followed by a guided prayer has been the most phenomenal and impactful way to grow continue my walk with the Lord. Making this a part of my daily routine has had such a positive impact on each day. If I miss one now, it really throws me off. It’s great how I can go back and find it on the list. Being able to save them has been helpful to go to when in need of a reminder or motivation. Thank you so much for allowing God to use you as a vessel to communicate with us all. This is definitely what He had in mind when He created technology.

Our Pastor always says, “how you start your day, sees your day!” This is the best resource for starting the day with The Lord! Worship, The Word and prayer!

I cannot tell you how often these short devotionals have been the spark to kindle my heart or to lift & woo me to take the step I’m reluctant to step into. Thank you for your insightful whispers of hope and light!

First 15 is the one thing I consistently listen to. If I miss a few days I will go back and listen to the entire week to make sure I hear the message clearly so I can apply it to my life. I read a recent review that somebody was criticizing repeated messages. If there are any repeating messages, which I have not noticed, I thank you for it. I have devotionals that I read and then I reread and reread again. It’s just like reading the Bible. You can’t just read it once. Because as our journeys change in life sometimes we may not necessarily apply a message to our current situation. But a few days down the road or a few years down the road, as we all know, life changes our circumstances, it can have a significant impact. What I read or listened to a year ago may not have impacted me then, but today can have significant influence on my life! I have read many scriptures over and over again and it may never have sunk in with me until maybe the fifth time I read it, and then I have an aha moment that changes the course of my life! So I commend you for all of your hard work and dedication to what you do. I love First 15 and I have shared with many, and will continue to do so. I had to go ahead and unsubscribe, because upon listening to a devotional about meditation I realize you had the last 5 years podcast about meditation and they were the exact same. There’s no variety of content the material is being recycled and honestly it comes off as lazy and it’s not enough for me to stay subscribed listeners please be aware that this person is reusing episodes. I would think you will be more integris to do more research every year instead of recycling the same ones year after year.

These devotionals are great reminders throughout the day about Gods word and call to action.
