ChaimBPotterBeyond SupportLaura has been and continues to be by my side from soon after breast cancer diagnoses, through treatment and now almost 3 years since I began this journey. Whether it’s answering treatment questions with in-depth and approachable information, or sharing stories that help me feel less alone as I navigate the unknown, or simply hearing her joyful advice to support me emotionally, I can’t imagine having and continuing to go through breast cancer without Laura. For extra personalized support I highly recommend her personal or group coaching too. Today, your podcast about not holding happiness hostage was exactly what I’m struggling with and your words hit me in my heart and soul just as I needed them. Thank you Laura for all that you have gifted to me these last few years. -Chaim Potter

Katie12975So thankful to findLaura is the real deal! As a breast cancer survivor myself, I appreciate learning from her experience. The variety of topics that she covers is amazing. Since I found her podcast eight months ago, I have listened to every one of the 402 thus far. The amount of research that she does and provides is the first thing that caught my attention when I started listening. There is something for everyone-those in treatment, those that are in recovery, those who are newly diagnosed, those care takers who love someone affected by breast cancer. Laura provides the information on topics for you to explore, research yourself and ask your care team about if it resonates with you. My only complaint is I wish I had found Laura sooner. But timing is everything, as you will learn if you listen. I’m so thankful to have found Laura’s podcast- she has changed my life, and I know she has done the same for countless women. I can’t wait to listen to the next 100 podcasts!

CoraloveyA lifesaver right nowMy only complaint about this podcast is that it’s for Breast cancer survivors- the information here is so juicy, rich and helpful for living, I constantly want to recommend it to friends who are not going through cancer. Laura is such a gift , this podcast is so full of heart and soul. I look forward to it weekly!

N!vekWisdom for the whole person.I found Laura right after I received my diagnosis. Uncharted waters for me, I sought guidance and who I found was an absolute gem. Laura addresses the whole person. Mind, body and spirit. With her podcasts and coaching, I feel like I have a genuine guide (who has already been in my shoes) to help me navigate the upcoming surgery and treatment. Hugs117Breath of Fresh AirThis podcast is a breath of fresh air. Cancer blew up my life and I was in a state of shock but you have no time to deal with that during treatment. Once treatment ends you don’t know how to process it all. Plus, life will never be the same again both mentally or physically. This podcast suggest tools to rebuild yourself back up and meet yourself where you are at that day.

HHumistonResonated with this podcast and woman so deeply!Laura is a true soul that has a gift to guide and deconstruct all the thoughts, emotions and science surrounding breast cancer and help navigate a path through it all with a deep level of compassion and understanding. Her podcast was the first podcast I turned to when I was first diagnosed and it saved me. She is a gift to this world and her insights have truly helped me immeasurably!

Connie 4490Blessed my life!Laura Lummer is AWESOME! Her podcasts and YouTube channel have helped me beyond words. She is so motivational and nonjudgmental. I paid thousands of dollars for memberships and breast cancer recovery programs that gave me little information and left me feeling even more traumatized, pressured and shamed. BUT THIS PODCAST actually helped me heal emotionally and move forward. I just joined her membership program to try it out. Thank you Laura for being and sharing you!

Kspeed11Essential in helping me live life on my termsAfter a breast cancer diagnosis at 43, I was devastated. I started listening to this podcast while I was in active treatment. Three years later it has been immensely helpful in managing the pain, fear, feelings, and self doubt that haunted me. Laura and her guests on this podcast have been instrumental in helping me live life to the fullest. There are still bad days. There is still fear but it no longer limits me in the way it did for nearly three years. Thank you, Laura! 💕✌️

stuckin4thgradeGrowing me from “survivor” to “THRIVER”Laura Lummer is the life coach I didn’t even know I needed. My cancer counselor helped me react to events as they occurred, but stumbling upon this podcast has taught me that I can be proactive in building my BEST life. If simply surviving breast cancer is not enough for you, this is where you want to be. Since she has been recording longer than I have been diagnosed, I am lucky to listen to her daily with past episodes. All are worthwhile, but episode 121 has earned a spot in my very carefully protected phone’s memory, and I listen to it often. I encourage you to too!
-

MichelleJ24Incredible help with every challenge in BC journeyI started with episode one and listened to every single one up to Laura’s recent podcast on Scanxiety. There is valuable and practice advice addressing all aspects and challenges of this diagnosis. Laura is a wonderfully articulate, warm and optimistic host not afraid to address all aspects of the bc journey. Highly recommend this to newly diagnosed as well as those farther out.

TxyfhvuvubJust what I needed!Laura is the calm I have needed to get through my 2nd primary breast cancer diagnosis. I look forward to every episode of “The Breast Cancer Recovery Coach” and it always seems to be just what I need to hear, even if I don’t know it when I start listening to the episode. Every day, I think about what I can do to help my body heal and also how to control my thinking/responses when it all gets overwhelming. Knowing that I am not alone and also getting tools to help regain perspective more quickly has been a godsend. Thank you, Laura!

marilynjmThank you!Laura’s podcasts have helped me more than any words can explain! I credit her words, thoughts, knowledge, and passion for living with keeping me from sinking into depression after my BC diagnosis (almost a year ago) I have struggled with depression so many times in my life and I expected it would hit me again with the shock of this diagnosis. So i quickly went searching for help and somehow found Laura. I listen weekly and lots of times listen to episodes over and over. Its helps me focus on living, it gets me out walking! Try listening you will be glad you did!

Rin *This is amazing and life-changingI was diagnosed last Sept with stage 1, ER/PR+, her2-, ATM gene, breast cancer at 42 years old. From 2020-now, I’ve had a lumpectomy, radiation, hysterectomy, and now hormone therapy. I’m struggling with what this means in my life, what connection this has to prior recent trauma, grief and loss. Laura speaks to thoughts and beliefs in such an eloquent way and I have total confidence in her guidance. I needed this podcast and Laura in my life as a part of my healing journey and self awareness.

quiltinggrandmawFunny how things show up just when you need them….I am so happy to have found this podcast. Laura is funny and realistic and down to earth. Started with podcast #1 and am working my way through, but there is so much great info and insight here that I find myself going back and listening again so it looks like it will take a while to get through them all. Just listened to the four pillars over the past couple of days. Great place to start. Thanks for being there Laura!

DonaCretorsYou are not AloneI found this podcast when I was home recovering from my surgeries in 2019. I started from the beginning and found even though my journey didn’t include tradition cancer treatments (radiation and/or chemo) there was still so much that applied to me. The best part about these podcasts is the messages apply to non cancer issues too. I know if cancer ever shows it’s ugly head at my doorstep again I will be ok and that I can handle it. Finding Laura’s podcasts was definitely God’s intervention. Thank you Laura.
-

Jeanna BloomSo glad I found you!Just what I need! I listen to at least one episode each night. My cancer returned after 13 years! I don’t need any more clinical information, I get all I need from my medical team. These episodes recognize the other parts of life that need a kind coach to get me through. Being back on anti estrogens in my 70’s is harder than the first time. These episodes are giving me courage to continue.

AJ Hey!This Podcast Speaks to Me!I’ve been listening and getting so much out of this podcast series for quite some time. This latest one on how to cope with emotional trauma really hits home to me—A friend who I met as a fellow breast cancer survivor is now likely living her last days after a year of liver metastasis. I and her other breast cancer friends are devastated. Through this particular podcast, Laura is providing me with the wisdom I need right now on how to cope with this difficult time. This is just one example of why this has been a 5-star podcast to me ever since I started listening to her. Thank you, Laura, for all your heartfelt wisdom. ❤️Fran

JoriSawanExcellent Recovery CoachI am a young breast cancer survivor, diagnosed at 34, and this podcast has LITERALLY saved me from feeling completely alone through this journey. I enjoy every single episode and look forward to spending my morning commute with Laura. PLEASE keep this podcast going, there are so many women, young, old and in-between that are struggling to fit in to their life after cancer. It is a terrible disease that robs women of so much. This podcast has encouraged me to stay active, eat better and above all else, be kind and patient with myself. I truly cannot thank you enough. Bravo Laura!!!

mystbehabinIn times of anxiety, I turn to this podcast.I am 4 years out from a double mastectomy and chemotherapy at the age of 39. It’s amazing the amount of anxiety I still have. Sometimes much more than others. This podcast has helped me tremendously to feel like any day at anytime I can listen and get a sense that I am still in control and can do something for my health. Whether it’s mental reassurance or physical ideas for changes in my diet, it helps to soothe my anxieties. I highly recommend all breast cancer survivors subscribing. Thank you so much for this podcast.

cowetagirlGreat encouragement and answersI am in the middle of Breast Cancer treatment and find this podcast to be helpful and calming. Laura’s voice is nice and she is smart with great info but with compassion and empathy. I am done with chemo, dbl mastectomy last month and about to begin radiation treatment. I’m ready to live my best life.
-
deborahbaileyBrilliant & honestIt has been 9 years since I was diagnosed with Stage IIIB breast cancer. I survived & thrived through months of chemo, a double radical mastectomy, 6 weeks of radiation & a radical hysterectomy-- only to realize the toughest part of all of that would be *recovering from it.* I loved that this podcast addresses the hormonal changes, Rx side effects, chemo brain, etc. Thank you!
-
QueenBeeTxUplifting, informationalLaura has a wonderful spirit that comes through warmly in her voice. She offers helpful information and it helps me to think positively about life after breast cancer. I’m not into Ayurveda, but still can pick up health tips from her insight. She reads her FB comments and, sometimes, responds. Give her a listen!
