    Audio
There’s an imbalance of audio in the podcast. Good content but the audio is inconsistent.

    Good content, terrible audio
Would enjoy it better if all speakers had a equal volume

    Horrible
This is by far the worse podcast I’ve ever listened to. Guy kept his mic on and makes the worse noise while host and guest talk. I will never listen to this trash again. Horrible.

    Almost no insight.
I gave this podcast 6 months and still have yet to gain any useful information.

    Enjoyable and informative Rockets talk
Pretty good stuff here for Rockets fans. There's a solid bit of info, discussion, and humor throughout and the hosts work well together. They’ll get off topic or talk in circles on occasion but pretty much everyone does that. Highly suggest it for any basketball fans, especially those suffering through the peaks and valleys of the Rockets. Looks like all the one star reviews came after a couple of questionable takes (and yeah, they weren’t good takes, or maybe they weren’t properly explained/delivered), but aside from that it’s been an enjoyable listen for the past year or so. Give it a go if you’re looking for more Rockets talk heading into a season with lots of change.

    I think
These guys are kind of losers

    The absolute worst
These 2 guys just argued why they wouldn’t trade Russell Westbrook who’s making 40+ million for the next 3-4 years for the back to back MVP and DPOY. These guys are a laughing stock, horrendous takes, completely biased fans, and absolutely terrible podcasts hosts. Listen to their podcasts if you want to get dumber.

Not a lot of basketball talk tbh
Lots of complaining. Zero analysis. Buncha homers.

Maybe the finest piece of media I’ve ever consumed.
Man. I’m not a Rockets fan. But “56. Harden My Take” is likely the finest piece of media I’ve ever had the joy of consuming. Aside from the now infamous Caruso rant made popular by reddit (which was followed by Caruso embarrassing the Rockets in Game 5) they go on an almost 40 minute rant about the Danuel House situation. Some excerpts: They say House is innocent and a married black man is being slandered as “a horny sex crazed maniac.” Eventually they conclude they don’t know all the details. Mr. Caruso rage says where’s the video evidence? Only circumstantial evidence. “Shame on everyone for assuming the worst about Danuel House.” “Do we still live in a country where you’re innocent until proven guilty?” “People love drama, a lot of people are jealous.” “The media has painted the Rockets as the villain of the league For what? Daring to be different? Because James Harden likes to go to strip clubs?” Eventually they conclude: “Daniel House should’ve been able to play games 3 and 4 and this the series would be tied 2-2” Mr. Caruso rage eventually concludes that “this is a political hit job by the NBA.” For those unfamiliar with the situation, Danuel House didn’t want his wife and children in the NBA bubble. Why? So he could have an affair with another woman. The NBA investigation concluded that House had this unauthorized woman in his room for several hours on the night of Sep. 8. This resulted in Mr. House being removed from the bubble for the rest of the season. Now Mr. House has to go home to his wife and children after his wife, Mrs. (soon to be Ms.) House made social media posts that highly indicated her intention to divorce him. So on top of the Caruso rantings by Mr. Michael Brown, Mr. Brown goes on to decry a political hit job by the NBA among other things for investigating a player violating and endangering the safety of every player and staff member in the NBA bubble. By having an affair on the mother of his children. Who is now intending to divorce him. When I say maybe the greatest piece of media I’ve ever consumed, I’m not exaggerating. I demand that Mr. Michael Brown is awarded at the very least a Grammy for his performance, but we all know it deserves an EGOT. Truly one of the most entertaining hours of my life.

    Yikes
“Black people are horny sex crazed maniacs” there are some real bad takes in this podcast but can’t really listen to that stuff. They also can’t seem to blame their own team, especially harden, for losing

Do we still live in a free country?
The host who was getting roasted on r/nba for his Caruso comments unironically asked this about House getting suspended. Bad audio quality, excusing Harden. This is the equivalent of Rockets Fox News.

    Freakin’ average podcast
Been a long time listener, but quality has gone down a bit, in my honest opinion. Something that will drive me more crazy than stars given to freakin average podcasts, which is what The Dream Shake is... how many fffff... how many undeserving stars... they have 4.5 stars.... THEY HAVE 4.5 STARS. THE DREAM SHAKE. UNACCEPTABLE. IT’S FFFFRUSTRATING MAN. GAAAUUUUUUHHHHHHHHHHD.
