I love this podcast and I am saddened it has suddenly stopped. Please come back!!!

I used to really enjoy this podcast, sure they sometimes said things I didn’t agree with, but we don’t all need to agree all the time. It’s fine. But in recent months, the overall narrative is incredibly negative about the “impact” Meghan has had on Harry. I really HATE the use of the phrase megxit, it is a term used to place blame solely on the woman who clearly seduced him and pulled the wool over poor Harry who can’t think or feel or make decisions on his own. It is very clear that Harry has become much more protective since he decided to marry Meghan and while they haven’t made all the decisions I would like or think would be best, they are free to make the decisions as they see best. And putting the sole blame on Meghan for this is perpetuating a patriarchal view and putting women in a box where they use their bodies to manipulate the people in their lives. It’s also ironic that in earlier podcasts, Harry wasn’t the heir and, therefore, able to have freedom to build his own life, but now, he is integral to the family and should be ashamed for the decisions he has made. He didn’t abdicate the throne; he simply decided that the press wasn’t going to have control over his life (since it is royal protocol to not stand up for the people you love)- and this is where I think there is bitterness from this podcast.

People please take hard pass on this Podcast! These two are very bias against the only biracial person to have married into the royal family! In this time with a global pandemic going on the negativity in this show is appalling!!!

There you go again. Negative about the Sussex and overly star struck regarding the other royals. Your portrayals are unfair.

If you want a 1950s point of view on royals, women and the world, this podcast is for you. If you consider yourself an intelligent person ... it’s a hard pass.

I listen to a number of podcasts about the royals and find that nobody really is the last/accurate word on them. It is great to hear different views and see how they arrived at their point of view. These ladies are chatty and easy to listen to and I hope they keep on keeping on! Would love to hear more about the Danish royal family or any others as well.

Not appreciating Angela Mollard at all. She has slanted things in a way I do not like. So hear you go... RACIST ANGELA

As a lifelong follower and fan of the Queen and the royal family, I truly enjoy this podcast. The hosts understand that the British Royal Family have survived this long because they maintain a certain ethos; part of that is political neutrality. Once you decide to rebel against that, you lower your status from royal to celebrity. The ladies here accurately reflect the effect of what happens when time honored tradition is adhered to and when it is rejected. Pointing out that H&M are rejecting and rebelling royal protocol is not bashing; it’s just being honest. Meghan and Kate are treated very differently by honest members of the media because the behaviors they choose are very different.

Biased, mean and rumor-mongering, this is the kind of tabloid rag fodder that makes me sick to my stomach. Shame on everyone who makes this disgusting podcast.

I’ve listened to 5-6 episodes now and have enjoyed them all. Listening to their perspectives and opinions has given me some grace for Meghan and Harry. But I wouldn’t expect to find them to be rolling on the ground, weeping at the feet of the royals like some wildly unhinged Meghan devotees who are giving poor reviews. This is supposed to be fun. I enjoy these two professional women and their contributions to the conversation.

Why is this podcast so desperate to promote Kate as perfect which is unachievable for any human? Obvious biases permeate the podcast to extent of ridiculousness & too often cross line into promoting a fairy-tale existence for favorites.

MM is a narcissist and will only get worse. Harry’s a basket case since marrying her.

The New Idea Royals podcast is just right—a succinct mix of royal-related news, opinion, gossip, and descriptive overviews. The podcast is narrated by two women who clearly have an enormous interest in and in-depth understanding of the royals, and who appear to truly adore sharing their knowledge with listeners. People and places around the world spring to life through Angela’s and Zoe’s animated storytelling. Personally, I am highly interested, but definitely not obsessed, with the royals. I hold relatively unbiased, neutral views about most royals, with a few exceptions, like the Queen, for whom I hold the highest regard, and currently, Andrew, who befriends J Epstein types, and from my perspective, who chooses to exist in a bubble of elitist debauchery and vile detachment. My point is that I expect Angela and Zoe to share their own personal royal likes/dislikes and the reasons behind them. It is interesting to listen to others’ opinions, whether or not one agrees or disagrees. Most importantly, the narrators communicate their views without bashing or malice, and without trying to convince listeners to take a side—the narrators simply provide their perspectives. I appreciate Angela’s and Zoe’s dedication and hard work and highly recommend this podcast to anyone who has even a passing interest in the royals.

Please be patient as I express my thoughts with this long-winded comment but I must speak about your episode about Harry & William’s so-called “rift” a couple of weeks ago. I must say that I do wish Harry wouldn’t have given the press unnecessary sound bytes with his response to the rift question. However, I understand why he is fighting back. I find it interesting that you place blame solely on Harry. I don’t think it has anything to do with William asking Harry if he was sure he wanted to marry Meghan. That’s a basic question anyone would ask any sibling. Besides, they all appeared to get along well prior to and after the wedding. I believe part of the issue is the blatantly obvious difference in the work ethic of each couple & poor management of the Royal Foundation as it was financially failing. Obviously the media attack began after the incredibly successful Sussex tour of Australia. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that some Kensington Palace aids were involved with the media’s unjustified and unprecedented attack on Meghan for simply living her life. Unlike Charles, Diana, Camilla, Sarah and especially Andrew, Meghan has done nothing to deserve the attack and you know it. And it appears William did nothing to stop aids, probably because he & Kate benefited from the attack on the Sussexes. Of course these actions have changed Harry. He is no longer a child. He is a husband and father. His priority is to take care of his family. Whether any of you like Meghan or not is irrelevant. Harry loves her. The gall of some of you people is unbelievable. How you still continue to repeat the lies you’ve read or saw on biased news programs. And you wonder why Harry is sometimes unhappy. He has to deal with bias, and yes some corrupt members of media like you, tearing down his wife at every turn. Then he is disappointed in the Windsor’s lack of courage & lack of genuine compassion. The Sussexes are hard working and obviously passionate about their causes. I’d like to see them stay. However, they can still change the world without the support of the royal family. Their is a world full of corporate entities lining up to work with them. They would be more wealthy & successful on their own. It’s a shame & disappointing that greed & jealousy has caused the media & palace staff to behave so utterly abhorrent.

The decision of the Sussexes to spend Christmas with Doria is NOT a snub to the Queen. The communication clearly states the Queen approves their decision. This is Doria’s only grandson’s first Christmas by her only daughter. H joined her family, just like M joined his family. They need to split their time. No one was snubbed. Not to mention you know the Sussexes, The Queen and Phillip spend plenty of time together. Especially Phillip with the latest Mountbatten family member 10 minutes away. When did supporting a friend turn into a person being lonely? I didn’t hear either of call H lonely when Garrett said H always took time to talk to him when he called. He also also said H would call and check on him. Finally, there was nothing fragile about Harry when he spoke his truth. He was truly walking the walk of making sure his mental health is in check. You can see a weight has been lifted off H&M since they spoke THEIR truth.

I really enjoy this podcast, I haven’t felt there is any bashing of the Duchess of Sussex, it appears that, to some listeners, unless the people on podcasts are gushing about Meghan as if she was the second coming, then they are being biased & unfair. My experience with this podcast has been that they simply report things as they happen & the Sussexes need to get over themselves. Regardless, I find this a fun, genuine, & entertaining podcast with lovely hosts. One of my favorites.

Love this podcast! You keep a very unbiased view of the royals, and I love how pleasant you always are! Even when there is controversy, you clearly explain why you are not in agreement with that given action, without bashing the royal in question :). On a side note, you also have the most lovely and soothing voices!

I love this podcast! Short & sweet! I love hearing about both Catherine & Meghan equally. (Most other podcasts obsess over Meghan- it gets old) It is nice having an insiders perspective. Well done ladies! Ps I hope Catherine has a 4th as well!

I dislike this podcast so much. They are not balanced at all, they are very anti Meghan and pro Kate. They don’t even attempt to hide it. How can women be so hateful towards a woman they’ve never met and are unlikely to ever meet? This is simply disgusting and left a bad experience. Life is too short, stop being so hateful. Unsubscribing!

Describing someone as being “ a little bit of what we don’t know” means what exactly? Enough with the constant comparison between Kate and Meghan. Since we are always reminded of how they are going to have different roles, how about comparing Kate to Camilla

I enjoy listening to this podcast, but it definitely has an anti-Meghan slant which frankly I’m very tired of.

The ladies make it fun but the information isn't very accurate. They didn't understand the real mening behind "Turnip Toffs" (it refers to the landed gentry set) and completely got it wrong on the story about the Queen driving the Saudi Prince. She is in fact a good driver (Army Trained mechanic too) and he only freaked out because at the time Saudi Arabia did not allow women to drive so it was shocking for him to have this elderly lady driving him around her estate at full speed. I think she did it on purpose. Cheeky Queen! Ladies, call me if you need the real inside scoop.

The Harry and Meghan mania is getting boring. I'll pass on this. Too much going on in the world that deserves my attention. The obsession with this couple by people who really don't know either party is a bit eerie. U.K. Have too many social issues especially pertaining to the youth. Talk about tgst

I tried listening to this with an open mind. The host may have had experience with the British Royal family at some point, but most of the information is strictly gossip. I rather you say that it is not verified or that you don't know the real answer verses speculating everything that you wish you knew. This is all second hand info from the tabloids.
